How many of you think Paulie would of contemplated or actually whacked the psychic after he heard him describing Mikey and the other victims. I just can't see him being able to drive away and let that go lol without it eating him up. Unless he was worried the psychic would come back to haunt him.

what do you guys think?

Doubt it. Too many eyeball witnesses at that psychic's place, and Paulie wasn't exactly inconspicuous with his behavior.

Well not necessarily then but later when no one was around. I mean Paulie wanted to kill that cat just for looking at Chris's picture and freaking him out lol

Paulie was so nuts that the psychic was probably the only guy that would be safe from him.

He would work himself up in his own head and combined with his general paranoia,he would figure that either the guy would haunt him from the afterlife,or that the dead psychic would tell someone else during a seance that Paulie whacked him.

Paulie was afraid of pretty much anything that he couldn't explain. I can see him crossing the street and running into a church to make a novena if he ever saw the psychic again.

Haha yeah he probably was too afraid that some other psychic might ask that psychic's ghost, and then find out about all the murders.

No way. Paulie was dumb, but not stupid enough to kill a guy who at least a dozen witnesses saw him go off on. Look at the caution used when Paulie 1) moved the Russian to Pine Barrens, 2) rapidly left the scene after killing the waiter, and 3) removed the jewelry from Puss. Those are just off the top of my head.

The one standout uncautious moment was when he killed that old woman who was friends with his mother. But even then Paulie had the luxury of having no witnesses since it was a private home.

Paulie and premeditated murder are like oil and water. Most of his hits were spur of the moment clusterfucks. Off the top of my head:

"Juan Valdez" (S1) -- appears planned and coordinated with Christopher and Pussy
Mikey Palmice (S1) -- runs into poison ivy
Pussy (S2) -- probably planned and organized by Tony and/or Silvio
Russian (S3) -- situation that got out of hand
Minn Matrone (S4)-- situation that got out of hand
Waiter (S5) -- situation that got out of hand
Columbians (S6) -- situation that got out of hand

I agree Jacket, it was comical at times watching these guys operate.

No, Paulie was completely cowed by the psychic who was amazingly prescient in his 'visions'. He would have had to kill him then in front of a room full of witnesses. He probably went to a church to pray and saw the blessed mother flying around again.

I wonder if he ever found out what happened at three o'clock.

Yeah, at 3:00 one afternoon, Tony shows up to Paulie's door unannounced and steals the art of his wall.

In the episode "The Ride" a shot of an alarm clock in Paulie's condo displaying 3:00 is seen right before he calls the doctor's office to get his biopsy result. I think the next scene is when he sees the Virgin Mary at the Bing.

This was one of the best scenes from the series.
