I had it scored 48-47 Jones myself so I wouldn't say Alex got robbed.

I had it 2-2 going into the 5th round and Jones won the 5th. Great fight, the first four rounds were close, blood everywhere, lots of leg kicks and back and forth action.

I'd say it was close to a perfect fight plan for AG, and the worst possible fight for Jones. AG completely took away Jones' ground game. I didn't think he was going to be able to avoid the takedowns. I always thought it would be closer than the 9-1 Vegas odds that Jones was favored by.

As dominant as Jones has been, this is the 3rd consecutive near defeat for him.

Yea I bet those who bet on AG was about to pee themselves when he stunned Jones.

I agree on your scoring as well, I had Jones taking the 1st, 4th, and 5th with it being 2-2 after 4. There was no doubt who took the 4th and 5th rounds IMO.

Jones just didn't look like himself and I know AG had something to do with that but he better get on the ball if they fight again. AG posted a photo with him and Jones in the E.R. after the fight. They were beat up pretty bad and both spent a good bit of time if not all night in the hospital Saturday night. Definitely a good fight.

Now time to get ready for 167 for me, ready to see GSP and Hendricks!
