Topic for sequel

On one hand, it may be unwatchable without Pacino and Brando, but I've always longed for a movie about the time it takes for Vito to groom Michael from his return to the US into the slick Don-in-waiting who confronts Kay. From Mike & Kay's conversation, this period covers a year ("...maybe more..."). Even the way Mike is brought back 'legally' from Sicily in the book is fascinating. This would make for great watching.
