Apparently, there were a lot of cockeyed mob guys walking around town. LOL. We listed six of them below. Of the following hoodlums, there are four of them who are connected to New York-based crews.

You're also correct when you say that he was a powerhouse. Rattenni was, as you mentioned, one of the most powerful mafioso to ever operate in Westchester and Rockland Counties. My understanding is that he came up under Rocco Pellegrino's crew, and later became a capo himself...and a powerful one at that. He was also reportedly very close to consigliere/boss Frank Costello.
