Whatever status there is between her brother and the family is between them. Her father died in prison she has family members who are likely still members, she has friends of her father and made guys in the family who idolized her father. If she needed protecting for whatever reason that might be lol I’m sure she could find it without issue. I think he is still very respected, and he died in prison under the toughest circumstances. Plenty of people still around remember that. I just doubt they could do much these days. If they told a guy to leave her alone, he'd call the FBI and say he is being threatened by the Mafia. He'd be portrayed as an innocent victim, and whoever tried to help would go to prison.
