The fentanyl is what the heroin was in the 1950s/1960s/1970s look strange that the american mafia dont tried to create a pipeline in the big cities.
They have the money so should turn to have a weight in the drug traffick. With 100k a kilos even with 5 or ten kilos would made big cash.

Heroin had been around for many years, Fentanyl is new. Plus it is a thousand times more potent and dangerous. Contact with it has killed people. No comparison.
