This came from a Capone family auction 2/3 years back if I remember correctly. They had a picture/still of lucky and Frank on the boat. This must be the actual footage.

The video of Lucky and Costello is real 100% and I think theres another footage or pic of Costello sitting on the jump board of Capones pool in Miami. It is possible that its the same day when the picture of Capone and Luciano was also taken in the same pool together with Ciro Terranova.
