Will we ever see less violence from the Cartels?

Will we ever see a day where drug cartels in Mexico realize violence is not the way to handle business? I would think we will eventually.

Your thoughts?

Every other country has realized this. Even the cartels down in Colombia don't kill people the way they did back in the 70's and 80's.
