Early Bruno Philly Era / Early Informants / Denaro - 08/06/23 05:32 AM

Recently getting back into things, Philly's early years under Bruno had peaked my mind, and I came across this. It really touches on Harry Riccobene's early cooperation (as well as Rocco Scafidi's), the fact that Bruno had to also delegate to a Calabrian faction of the family led by Joe Rugnetta whether under the guise of "consigliere" mattered or not, etc. The Sicilian faction being lead at the time by Ignazio Denaro, who there is very little information on despite being listed as an Underboss from several sources. There is some misinformation as far as other families, but still worth a read.
