A question on Anthony Nicodemo

Nicodemo was sentenced in 2015 to 25 to 50 years,so in 2040 he could be out? Or can ask for parole first?

He was arrested in 2012; he's done a decade and will be eligible in 2037. Unless extraordinary circumstances, he has to do the full 25 prior to seeking parole; hence he must avoid earning any points (fighting, contraband) in prison. Cooperating now is useless as he is in a state court and already pled guilty.
