John Gotti III, a made man or associate?

John Gotti III, a made man or associate? - 06/14/23 06:30 PM

I am speaking of John Gotti the boxer. Is he connected to the Gambino crime family? Do they back him financially in his boxing career?

Serious question.

Lol no he has zero connections to them. His father was shelved and his father's uncles want nothing to do with him or his family and that is a fact

0 connections. And after that clown show of a fight, no one should take any of the remaining family members seriously.

Looked like Gotti III saved all his punches for after the fight was stopped:

Floyd Mayweather threatened by mob boss’ family after chaotic fight

Re: John Gotti III, a made man or associate? - 06/16/23 08:19 AM

The kid is just starting out in boxing.
He fought one of the GOATS, Floyd was 57-0

Floyd- beat Connor McGregor not to long ago.

He def wasn’t winning the fight however, why did Floyd feel it necessary to Rabbit Punch after the bell.
Rabbit punches could paralyze someone.

Some people were saying that Floyd was getting nervous and Gotti, was coming on.

Either I think this fight gave Gotti, a ton of exposure.
Even Connor McGregor gave him a shout out.

If his father quit the life what makes you think he would let any of his kids get involved.

The other John GOTTI, Peter Gotti’s son also the namesake of John Gotti Sr. Is an associate did a 5 year bid for dealing drugs and other charges, I think he was running with ASARO/BONANNO’s

The Gambinos got rid of the Gottis and nobody in the family should be so idiot to accept him as an associate.

I may be wrong but I assume they must still have 'some' connections. Junior definitely cast to the side but Gene is presumably not shelved and then some of them were made guys among the brothers and sons and nephews etc so I assume some of them are still hanging in there but maybe it's just Gene at this point who is probably just trying to enjoy his freedom

Why would he try to be an associate, he is a successful MMA fighter. The recent fight with Mayweather being farce is on Mayweather and the people who soon it to the public. Gotti deserves resect for staying out of trouble, and becoming success on his own.

I mean, if you mean successful because he made millions with Mayweather, then yes.

But as far as mma he's a 30 year nobody with a few low level fights. If his name isn't John Gotti III, we have never heard of him. Can he fuck up 99.5% of the people on the street? I'd say yes.

Lol, Mayweather getting nervous. How can anyone be that clueless? Mcgregor, Gotti, these aren't real fights. If you meet someone who thinks Mcgregor had a good fight and might be able to take him in a rematch you'll know you are talking to a total fucking toolbox. Mayweather could KO these guys within 30 seconds if he wanted to. It's not real competition. It's exhibition.

Like when Rousey was on the cover of Ring Magazine and Rogan and the hype train saying she could be in the men's division and take those guys, praising her striking power.

Then she gets DESTROYED by Holm with a boxing background and Nunes punches her face into next month. Yet ZERO talk about either of them being able to take on the men. And they ended her career. It's all idiotic hype. At least Rogan has admitted he was part of all that ridiculous bullshit.

Bensonhurst, none of that directed at you, just spouting off in general at the fanbase of UFC.

Gene, the Richies and Vincent are said to be active, but none of them have a relationship with Junior or that side of the family. Junior is persona non grata lol

No one will accept John III lol, but there is another John who is Pete's son who has a decent shot with the Bonannos

They're such a closeknit family so in my opinion I can't see all the family members having nothing to do with him. I imagine officially and for face with the Sicilians no one has anything to do with him but surely some of his family and old buddies are still in contact with him. Pennisi mentioned recently a Gambino member or associate was renting a building from Junior at some point so it's a strange situation.

Yea he was or still is doing a bid on that drug case. I'm sure there will be a younger generation Gotti inducted again some day. Though they're such a name now that there's almost certainly nothing to gain for that individual or the mob.

John Gotti III would be valued as an excellent loan shark and enforcer. If Im in charge of the mob Im having him collect for me.

The ones who are still involved with the life have nothing to do with Junior. They despise that man for what he did. The man Pennisi is referring to is Stevie Kaplan who owns Cross Island Tire & Wheel, but Kaplan hates Junior as well. They absolutely do not speak and it's Junior's property manager who collects the rent. While it may seem strange to some that Stevie pays him rent, but Junior ain't jacking up that rent. He's their bitch basically

Yea, just an odd situation where if Kaplan is kicking up through that business to the mob, the mob is essentially giving Junior money... strange one
