Was Johnny No No Nose DiFronzo a rat?

Ok so Scott Burnstein says he is absolutely certain that DiFronzo was a rat because he dodged Family Secrets and spent virtually no time behind bars!! In addition to that he claims he's spoken with informants who saw DiFronzo meeting with agents at headquarters. Yet, there's NO paperwork on the guy. NOTHING!!!!

How about we just go ahead and call EVERYBODY a rat, then there will be no more need for these ridiculous posts.
