Drug kingpin "Fat Cat" Nichols wins early release! - 02/21/23 09:43 AM

The Daily News just reported today that former Queens County, NY drug kingpin Lorenzo (Fat Cat) Nicholas was granted an early release from Federal Prison!

This is the same piece-of-shit that contracted to have that unfortunate young rookie NYC Patrolman Ed Byrnes shot while sitting in his patrol car. This is the EXACT type of guy who is never supposed to see the light of day. Yet, he was just granted an "early" release? WTF is wrong with these people!

There are plenty of guys who did a lot less than this scumbag who will never be granted parole, period! Nicholas peddled death in a bag, shot up Queens, and ultimately shot and killed a cop. And THIS is the POS you pick for release? What a joke.

Since the NYDailyNews is behind a paywall, I posted up an editorial from the NYPost that spoke of his request, and law enforcements fervent opposition to it, just before NYS granted it to him anyway.

I was on my way to the lake to fish for Sauger when I heard the news. He killed a cop that did no wrong and was planning on killing more. I just want to know what the state is smoking.

He ran a drug ring, and had one his men kill a cop who was guarding a witness's home. Murdered a cop, sold drugs, ran a big gang, and is paroled.

From the Daily News:

Quote
He pleaded guilty in 1992 to arranging the murder of parole officer Brian Rooney and killing two others, including his ex-girlfriend, receiving a 25-to-life state sentence and a concurrent 40-year federal sentence.

He was also linked to the killing of officer Edward Byrnes. He does owe Florida 10 years so he will do a bit of time there now.

And yet Bobby Manna at 93 years old cant win a compassionate release after serving over 30 years in prison...I don't wanna sound like I'm advocating for mob guys but Manna didn't conspire to kill innocent people, while Nichols did...Where's the white privilege ??

They're never going to let him go which is unfortunate. They nitpik little things with him like he was able to get onto the doctor's table without help even though he uses a walker. But he won't give an inch and say that he regrets his past or anything like that which I think is a big thing with the government and what they want but even then, which he'll never do because he still denies the existence of OC, they probably still won't let him die at home.

Bingo! If you're Italian, and they label you a mob guy (which they always will), you'll get out when your time's up!....Which is never!

White privilege does exist if you're a rich white yuppie.
If you're a white guy from a blue collar environment on the other hand you're probably worse off than anyone else in this day and age.

I guess we'll just refer to him now as ''Blue Collar Bobby"

Fat cat FLIPPED then served 30/40 years. If manna flipped he would’ve been out within 2 years if he gave up chin and the west side admin.

Sammy 19 murders got 5. Then was an E kingpin and still got out before death.

They were even going to let gaspipe the serial killer out if he wasn’t such a fuck up.

Mobsters will get all the privileges above anyone else but they have to flip.

Not advocating for anyone’s release - if you’re a killer key should be thrown away IMO

How joe massino, one of the most evil conniving killers got freed with all that money after all those murders is insane. Went from death penalty to negotiating to keep millions. You think feds would ever negotiate like that with some gangbanger blood or ms16 (or whatever it called)

He killed 2 cops, if Gravano or Massino had done that they would have never gotten their deals. Plus it seems the only people given those deals are Mafia members who agree to rat. If Fat Cat Nichols said Gotti JR. was his partner in killing cops he would be in Arizona living it up.

1 cop and yes they may not have got the same deals but they sure as hell would’ve done a lot better than 35-40 years like this crack dealer scum served.

And agreed on your other point.

First of theres no such thing as white privilege. I agree that white people are more important than other races but thats only because they are biologically smarter and more stable. They know how to hold down a job. We should love everyone of course.

Fat Cat on the other hand should NEVER be released

I don't know if it a reliable source, but one site said he may be freed after a few months in Florida.

That was all about bringing down the Italian Mafia....That's why Massino, a formal sitting boss who ordered dozens of murders, got a "Free Get Out Of Jail" card.

It was twofold, #1 to demoralize the troops on the streets. And #2, because as a boss, Massino had sooo much knowledge that his "flipping" literally collapsed the Bonanno Family to the ground.

A black drug dealer, regardless of how vicious he is, or how much junk he pushes, simply "ain't" gettin that kind of deal...period!
