Guys living who’ve had their button the longest - 09/21/22 06:29 PM

Hey everyone!

I was wondering who are some guys (living) who’ve had their “button or have been made” the longest currently.

On top of my head;

Bobby Manna (1950’s-Present?) - Was he made under Costello or Genovese?
Lawrence Dentico (1950’s-Present?) - Made under Costello or Genovese?
Pasquale Conte? (1940’s-Present)? Is he still living?? Last I heard he was.

Who are some other guys who were made in the 1950’s?? That are currently living.

Also are there any guys living who were possibly secretly made in the 1960’s? We don’t hear anything about guys being made in the 1960’s era/years.

Would love some responses!

@Big_Tuna93

I meant pre-1970’s made guys.

More 1950’s and 1960’ era made guys..

The guys who were made in the 1970’s who are still living is still a impressive accomplishment.

I forgot to add;

Dominick Cirillo

Wasn’t he made in the 1950’s?? Under Costello or Genovese?

Where are all the experienced posters tonight lol. @NYMafia; Jace; @Giscomo_Vacari; There’s a bunch of you.

Albert Gallo is over 90 years old but made after I think he was made after the 1970's.

Vincent "Vinny" Aloi/97 from colombos.I can't find the obituary so if he's still alive,he was made in the 1950s.

@Furio_from_naples

I believe Vincent Aloi is still alive; because I looked online and didn’t see his obituary either. His brother Benny is deceased…

But yes; If Vincent Aloi is alive; He most likely (I’m 85%) sure he was made in the 1950’s.

His dad Sebastian Aloi was a powerhouse during that era… and had “pull” to have his son made in the 1950’s.

The ages are really high up there, at least a few must be in nursing homes. Make's me think of The Soprano's and Uncle Junior at the end.

@Jace

Yes; Albert Gallo was made in the 1970’s.. He could have been made 20 years earlier if he was a bit more “capable”… He was a bit low-key.

I’m guessing there’s under 50 guys (living) who are retired/semi-retired that was made in the 1950’s and 1960’s.

I dont think. Apart a handful men made in 1950s that are still alive,the other very old mobsters was made in 1970s or after.
Before was rare that a young guy was made,an example was Scarfo sr that was made in the 1950s before his 30th year and in the same ceremony his uncles Piccolos was over 50.
Could be interesting a list of living wiseguys made in the 1970s and still alive/active.

Obviously without counting guys we don't know about there's way less then 50 there's less then 20. I don't know if I have my list still but I can check later. This was asked before too and you could probably find a list in the previous posts if you do some searching

The start would be to see who is alive that was made pre-1957. The one drawback is they could not be active at that age. By "Active" I don't mean that every few months they talk to a made guy, or talk to one.
