I so miss the world of old, growing up in the 90’s in Bensonhurst, life just seemed so damn simple back then.

I can’t help but think of J.G.’s prediction.

His timing was a little off however;

When there was those Covid Riots which to me are the new norm in this country.(Lack of Respect for L.E. and everything and everyone).

Those cops were wishing they were dealing with LCN, because that never happened to them.

The reason for the George Floyd/ BLM Riots is this:
1) Everyone records everything and that puts a lid on the amount of justified ass kicking a cop can dish out on some spoiled entitled punk. When we were young , if we ever disrespected a cop we not only got a beating from the cop but our fathers as well.
Cell phone camera’s are the weapon of choice for the BLM scumbags.

2) All those neighborhoods in Brooklyn and queens where BLM rioted were occupied by a bunch of wimps opposed to 20-30 years ago where you had true ethnic neighborhoods where people protected their hoods. I remember when Sharpton led a march in Bensonhurst in 1989 and in Howard beach in 1986. Not one bottle was broken because if anyone got out of line, the blacks and other protestors know they would get a swift beat down by the Italians and Irish in those neighborhoods. We dont have that dynamic except a few places in Staten Island and Long Island. However, the protestors know better and just go for the low hanging fruit.

We should be thankful for the Organized Labor Unions for giving us so much material for discussion boards like this.
Teamsters,Longshoremen,Retail,Construction,etc made the Mob rich and politically powerful.
All the Families benefited from this resource,and we get to talk about a huge chapter in OC history.
