According to Robert Rosso, The Herder apparently has a hearing in December that may release him early. Rosso is teasing that Fabrizio will tell TRUTHS about Calandra and his stories. If reports are true that Fabrizio is a made guy, what are the chances he even intertwines himself in this drama?

He's done so much time that "Early" no longer applies to this release. When he goes into that hearing what he says will not matter, the people appointed to that parole board will have been told weather or not they can parole him. I believe all high profile cases are that way. Parole boards are made up of government flunkies. He must have close to 30 years in by now.

I don't how the fuck you guys give any cred to Robert Rosso, the guy hasn't put up shit to back up his "phone" calls from Tommy Pitera or his association with anyone important in prison. In fact, by his own admissions he was a drug addict who got caught, associated with Chomos and was a lookout for a rape of a White guy by a Black gang in prison, seriously? Tell him to put up a screenshot of the phone record of Tommy calling from the Penitentiary or any proof they ever talked, he was talking shit about Joey Testa too, as if he could've even gotten close to the likes of Joey Testa who is well respected by inmates and guards alike. Rosso, like most these Mob Talk podcasts are nothing more than gossip columns about people who actually associated with or were in the Mob because they have no content themselves, like the "View" for the Mafia, gethefukouttaheah.

What do you want as evidence? Are you denying he was a shot caller for the biggest white gang in the federal prison system? that alone gave him access to many Italian convicts. Refer back to Blood on the Razor Wire Chad (prior to his own channel) where he was interviewed regarding the Italians - specifics and in general. Has anyone from prison, that you are aware, called his stories falsehoods? He was writing on Gorilla Convict for years and the comments appear to generally support most all he has written (materially, and those comments posted by ex-cons). He's doing what he said: undressing the "mafia" for what it is without the goons and guns on the cold concrete floors of Leavenworth and Lewisburg.

I think CNote has this one right, Rosso has often made stuff up. I like his stuff at ties, but he does what the rest do, which is they start making up stories.

I do not come on here and comment to much anymore. This post is so sideways Fabrizio would never talk. People should not be able to write these types of post it’s a disgrace. As for Jimmy and the rest of these low life’s. They all have reasons why they flip what are they really doing anyway with these stupid podcasts first off trying to justify what they did and having all these non factors listing to their make believe stories. I have people that call me and say did you see this guy’s podcast and I say why would I listen to low life’s podcast.

What I think is happening here is a few years back the SCOTUS ruled that
a gun charge by itself is NOT considered a violent crime.

When the ruling came down it opened the door for any defendant that has time added to their sentence because they had a gun charge, now has a chance to be re-sentenced.

As a result a lot of convicts were re-sentenced and received sentence reductions.

That is just my guess.

If you really want to know reach out to that guy ROSSO and ask him to find out, the next time KARATE calls him, maybe KARATE could conference in FABRIZIO…..

If I remember correctly the feds didn’t even offer them a deal on the case because of Shemtov.

Meaning there was no plea offered for a reduced sentence.

Which is rare.

It was all up to the judge at the time.

i belive thomas reynols also got a "deduction" sentence about 8 yeras ago know he will be out 2031 instead of 2041,,, shit hell take ,, one think tha boggel mymind the GEMINI TWINS were suppose to get out bout in 2033 now back in2017 bop change that to LIFE,,, i agree the lines of justice all fuck up, while Borelli still he go no change of ever getting out despite all appeals and changing his name in the social security adminstration he took his middle name josep, and despites all laswsuits againist many wardens

I broke down and watched Calandra podcast last night.

You guys are right he has actual fans and no matter what he does these people LOVE HIM.
It’s sooo crazy they are defending him.

He also did some chat or something and there was 400+ people in the chat.

What I think is actually happening is the more this guy gets talked about the more of a following he will have.

So it’s the opposite of what should happen.

Instead of people walking away because he “GOT CAUGHT WITH HIS GAND IN THE COOKIE JaR” for no good reason.

Wow, good for him. He will be in his mid 50’s and you wonder what he will do for a living. Im guessing he will go legit. That kind of prison sentence will scare anyone straight. People do change.
