Tony Giordano's Family in St. Louis - 03/02/21 11:10 PM

We've got Tony Giordano's St. Louie crew in the hopper for design as I write this.

I don't know how many of our forum members come from that neck of the woods, or interested in reading about this small borgata. But it should be finished and ready for posting up either late tonight, or tomorrow sometime.

So look for it, ok fellas

Does anyone come from Missouri? Or a nearby state? Im just curious as to how many people may be interested in midwestern crews.

Not me, but I do find the Missouri mobsters and wiseguys fascinating.

I think all the families have interesting stories. Giordano's mentioned in The Last Mafioso as having points in a Las Vegas casino. May be a small family but it seemed to have some pull.

I'd love a story on the Smaldones in Denver, and Tony Biase of Omaha.

I just posted up my expose on them again for you ok.

I had actually written and posted this story up this past month. I guess you didn't see it. Thats why you should really check in with me on my button guys website at least once a week ok. Because I typically put out at least 2-3 new in-depth articles, bios, or crew exposes weekly. Most I do try and post here for you guys as well. But there's plenty of stuff that never makes it to GBB.

So give us a visit weekly and you'll keep yourself very entertained I promise you njein.

Just the threads ok. I just reposted it for you.

The St. Louis - Giordano Outfit is now posted! - 03/03/21 09:56 PM

With a little help from their Missouri Mafia neighbors in nearby Kansas City, and from the Windy City’s wiseguys as well, a fledgling borgata would eventually develop in St. Louis.

Always a small, almost nondescript crew, it’s most recognized leader was arguably boss Tony Giordano.

Let’s take a look shall we?

Frank Three Fingers was very powerful guy.was also a close associate of Jimmy Hoffa in his early years.

In 1948 he was expelled from the United States and settled in Tor San Lorenzo, near Rome, where he invested all the accumulated money in real estate. In the capital alone he owned 750 apartments. In Italy he continued his activities, apparently dealing with clean affairs. But according to the judicial authorities he was at the center of a gigantic drug trade.

Regarding the loss of fingers, he stated in 1971 to the Anti-Mafia Commission that:
“My rifle blew up. An individual who goes to steal in a bank may lose his fingers. "

Vincent Giordano is retired. The three top guy there are Vincent Cammarata, Benny G, and John Sciortino. Benedetto may have actually retired considering Copo has been more active. The Toccos are also a force. I would say Vincent Cammarata, followed by the Zips, John Sciortino, and the Toccos.

I went to Law School in St. Louis and worked on The Hill the entire time. Would love to read about it.
