His father, brothers and cousins, whole family was pretty serious business. Scared the fuck out of lots of people and respected as dangerous by serious people in the north end...they were sort of a rival faction of the north end mafia at that time, from what I understand. Their threats certainly shook the Clementes enough that the father gunned down 4 of them in cold blood at the 99 charlestown massacre in 95 or 96 and threw their futures away because he snapped under the pressure and thought his son was going to be clipped. Don't get me wrong I definitely think that Bobby Junior is full of s*** in terms of the stuff he says he did with Philly or even his stature in Boston after his father and brother were dead but he does have a claim to a serious family heritage.
