Philly and Dave S allegations

Dave is reporting that the guys from Philly that are on parole are now threatening the "many" witnesses that the feds have against them and the FBI has filled court papers regarding this. Not sure who to believe on this one because it could 100% be plausible and the feds have a current track record of fabricating things.

The Philly guys aren't the brightest bunch but I doubt they're that fucking stupid to do that and face additional charges.
