3 Mob Tales = Your choice!

I'm gonna do something a bit different this time around. I was thinking that instead of ButtonGuys just posting up our next story like we usually do, this time we would let the forum take a vote on what you'd prefer.

We have a lot in the works, but we wanna offer a choice of three. You guys pick the story you'd like to see next. Here they are:

1) biography on longtime Gambino consigliere Joseph N. Gallo

2) biography on Genovese capo Lawrence (Larry Black) Centore

3) an expansive expose' on the Kansas City Outfit

We have a colorful tapestry of other guys with fascinating stories. If all Capizzi did was numbers,he would still be a major player.

LOL,how about a Bio on "Tex"?. The rub parlor business and all of the associated characters would make for a great movie.

Thanx Lou. Wango was quite a character. He started out boosting then selling hot suits then somehow gained favor with John. He ended up a Capo and John's pet guy with a membership and all the perks of being John's guy at Church Hill Valley Country Club. He had a prime junket business that provided him with some choice sports customers.

Tex, the rub parlor business, what a movie indeed. I'm afraid to be factual it would have to be X rated, but a little porn with a happy ending, never hurt anyone ;-)

Here's a teaser for you. Did you guys know that up until Gallo got nabbed on that big Rico case in the late 1980s, he'd never before been convicted of a crime.

......he was in his seventies by that time, had bounced around the highest levels of OC for over 5-6 decades, yet was clean as a new born baby.

Now THAT is an accomplishment!

Joe N. Kurens and O'Brien had some good interactions with him as portrayed in "Boss of Bosses," but I'd like to read more.

I would do Agro but there may be a problem. Until he burst onto to scene in the late 1970s, I'm not sure there's even enough available data on him to compile a worthy bio. But I'll check ok

If you need any data on Agro I have a few sources if you would like. If you ever do one in Anthony Plate because I have a ton of info on him as well
