Gangsters Gravano

Gangsters Gravano - 08/14/20 05:00 AM

Just watching and confirming what I already knew...Gotti put everything on him...Bad mouthed his most loyal guy behind his back and then he and his personal family cry when he turns after hearing Gotti trashing him behind his back...

Gotti was probably the stupidest boss till his son took over...Btw, Gravano's out there laughing at Junior...He knows Junior's no tough guy that will seek revenge for his father...He can only shamelessly start websites bad mouthing people

Never saw this nonsense in the Genovese family !!

Gotti sr.: I'd never live like the Chin...Well what did ya have 3 or 4 years to live like a king while he had 30 years ??

Meanwhile the biggest gangster in the family, Gravano, does 20 years, nobody messed with him in jail..is out, and doesn't fear any Gotti's..

Franzese again bashing Gravano...I have to laugh at him justifying his fathers killings and bashing Gravano's....Something much more tells me though that Franzese was abused by Gravano when they were in the Colombo's...Franzese was just a kid..A money maker, but a kid..and he probably got shooken down and holds against Gravano !!

Franazese is so low on Gravano's radar that he doesn't even respond !!

Who's really born again ??

DiLorenzo, My only comment is I doubt Gravano abused Franzese when they were in the Columbo's, I suspect if he did Sonny or his crew would have handled it. Fair or not, Sonny's kid is not getting bullied (I don't think) during that time

You're just now finding out gotti threw sammy under the bus for everything and that's what led to the fallout?

There is a recent interview where franzese says only good things about Sammy and how he operated.

Re: Gangsters Gravano - 08/15/20 01:43 PM

Anytime someone gets arrested they get “thrown under the bus” in some way. Bottom line, Gravano didnt want to spend the rest of his life in prison.
Why didnt LoCascio testify? He had even more of a reason to do so since his case was so weak. What rats do is they bombard the public with “ their side of the story” and convince the world they really werent a rat, they were loyal soldiers who had no choice. Gravano did this through a book as did Alite and they both use social media to advance their narrative.

Re: Gangsters Gravano - 08/16/20 08:54 AM

There’s a reason why Sammy doesn’t like Michael.

In an interview, Franzese says Gotti on his worse day is still a better person than Sammy.

Then he started saying how he doesn’t approve of governments making deals with a self confessed murderer with 19 under his belt. Michael did say it’s nothing personal

But Sammy as you know, seems to take things very personally- just look at his situation with Teddy Atlas

Also Michael doesn’t buy the Gotti threw Sammy under the bus theory-

Just before 8mins mark if anyone wants to listen

Re: Gangsters Gravano - 08/16/20 06:07 PM

I haven't seen Gravano say anything bad about Michael Franzese, in fact he said good things about Sonny...Its Michael who keeps bashing Gravano..It makes Franzese look petty and jealous..Meanwhile Gravano apparently doesn't believe Franzese is even worth talking about !!

No, I don't think Gotti was trying to make Gravano take the fall, but he was certainly bad mouthing his most loyal guy behind his back...

I haven't seen any new videos of Franzese saying good things about Gravano...Matter of fact Franzese never says anything good about other wise guys, only himself !!

@DiLorenzo

Micheal Franzese had said some good things about some wise guys.

Nicky Grancio; The Colombo captain who was murdered during the Colombo Wars; He said he liked the guy in a interview.

He liked Fat Tony Salerno,

Etc..

I saw it the other day, not sure how old it is. He doesn't actually say he liked Sammy, just that he was respectful and didn't act like a jerk to others in business etc. And gotti was a prick street guy who used intimidation and fear, and was an arrogant egomaniac prick.

It might be the video called first sit down or similar about the chicken business?

Re: Gangsters Gravano - 08/16/20 10:25 PM

Hmmm not quite sure where you get your information from/ please post a source

Now if you watch the video I posted,Michael explains why he had a problem with Sammy claiming Gotti was setting him up for a fall

In all the videos I’ve watched of Michael, he doesn’t bash Gotti in the way you’re describing. Just that Gotti was difficult to deal with in business meetings due to his personality but very fun out partying together

As for Sammy, Michael in many videos always says he prefers Gotti over sammy

And in one video He did with Iron Mike Tyson, Michael says nobody really liked Sammy because he was very arrogant and had this complex about him

Am I thinking of a John Alite interview?

In every fucking interview Sammy paints a very rosy picture of himself. His accusers paint a very different picture of Sammy.

The best solid evidence we have of Sammy paints him as a piece of shit.

They all paint themselves in the best way don't they ??

Yeah they do. It's always: "I was the biggest fucking earner, the toughest motherfucker to walk the streets, a true man of honour and one of the nicest guys you will ever met "

I don't know whether Sammy is telling the truth or not about Gotti wanting him to take the fall, may be he is, but Sammy was going away for life regardless of whether he took the fall or not, there was just too much evidence against him to reach reasonable doubt.

Frankie Loc was in the same predicament and kept his mouth shut while Sammy decided he ain't doing life and threw 30+ other guys under the bus.

Re: Gangsters Gravano - 08/27/20 11:37 PM

Gravano represents a real problem with witsec and the feds in general.

Let gravano the mass murdering sociopath free to get Gotti who arguably never killed anyone (still scum but just sayin').

Maybe getting the other 30 guys makes it ok to some. It just seems like most of the time the worst of the worst get the deal and they put the pieces of shit back on street to be your neighbor or mine.

Correct

Re: Gangsters Gravano - 08/28/20 04:33 AM

The speculation that gravano didn't have problems in jail comes from first hand knowledge? Also maybe should do a little home work before you hand craft one of these claimless posts. An ex - guard from Marion has a YouTube channel and he talks about all the inmates and corruption that went on in the jail. Its mostly about A.B's and crucid guards but he did a show on Gotti. He said gotti was hugely respected in prison and the inmates loved him. He was the jails local celebrity. The inmates had so much respect for gotti, when he was dieing and they guards refused to bring to an outside hospital and were leaving him to suffer. The inmates hunger striked and rioted and wrecked the jail until he was brought to an outside hospital. Gotti getting jumped and beating up is all slander. Gotti love him or hate him made his bed and layed in it. His flash and bravado was no good obviously for a front man of a secret society. But you better believe his classic "steeple hanging out of his ass" line he ment it. He was no punk.

Gravano did 5 years in a federal jail where informants were kept.

Gravano shot and killed one person..If you mean ordered then it was 19...Gotti at a minimum shot and killed Vito Borelli(Joseph Massino testified John gotti pulled the trigger in this hit) and who knows how many others he killed for Neil Dellacroce,Carl Gambino and Castellano......Gotti ordered probably 3 times what Gravano did
Gravano ratted cause gotti talked shit behind his back and cause gotti was the cause of him being indicted..The feds bugged Talis and in 3 thousand hours, the feds thought they would be able to lay obstruction of justice charges on gravano which probably would have gotten him a couple of years AND gravano didnt wanna do life in prison....Even though he didnt flip when he was under indictment for the murder of the dunn brothers and he could have rolled on Carmine Persico then....

I'm sure not gonna pretend to be an expert, but iirc most of the times arguments come up on here about those two it comes out as Sammy pulled the trigger 6-10 times (known) and gotti has zero concrete confirmations.

JOSEPH MASSINO THE BOSS OF THE BONNANO FAMILY...TESTIFIED AND CONFIRMED IN COURT, THAT JOHN GOTTI SHOT AND KILLED VITO BORELLI...THERES NO DEBATING JOE MASSINO..HE WAS EITHER THE BOSS OR ESSENTIALLY THE BOSS OF THE BONNANO FAMILY FOR 20 SOMETHING YEARS..

https://www.nydailynews.com/news/cr...-mobster-vinny-gorgeous-article-1.115099

Massino fingered John Gotti as the killer in a 1975 gangland hit of Vito Borelli never before attributed to the late Gambino boss. Borelli was whacked in a cookie warehouse because he said mob chieftain Paul Castellano resembled chicken king Frank Perdue.

http://www.fivefamiliesnyc.com/2011/04/tidbits-from-joseph-massinos-testimony.html

YOU THINK JOHN GOTTIS WAS NEIL DELLACROCES PROTEGE AND NEVER PULLED THE TRIGGER..I dont care what John Alite says...MASSINO WAS THERE W HIM AND WATCHED JOHN GOTTI SHOOT VITO BORELLI....and im almost certain there were other murders where he pulled the trigger as well

https://lcnbios.blogspot.com/2017/12/murder-of-vito-borelli-fall-1980.html

The old-time crime boss kept the jury rapt while he told of his ascension through the mob ranks — including his role in the infamous “Three Captains” hit — and of how he made Basciano a made man.

Massino said his own life of crime began at age 12, when “I robbed homing pigeons.”

In the late 1960s, Massino said, he was involved in “bookmaking, murders, breaking and entering.” By the early 1970s, he was approached by then-boss Philip “Rusty” Rastelli to work as an associate with the Bonannos.

Massino yesterday also named John Gotti as the triggerman in the 1975 hit of Vito Borelli, who’d made a crack about mob boss Paul Castellano’s resemblance to renowned chicken man Frank Perdue.

Massino was inducted into the Mafia in 1977, taking his now-shattered sacred oath to protect the secret society.

It was understood, he said, that “once a bullet leaves that gun, you never talk about it.”

The Bonanno family hit hard times in the early 1980s, when it split into two factions.

Massino helped end the infighting with the “Three Captains” murders.

Members of the rival faction — capos Dominick “Big Trin” Trinchera, Alphonse “Sonny Red” Indelicato and Philip “Philly Lucky” Giaccone — were lured to a Brooklyn social club in May 1981 on the pretext of a sitdown to resolve the their differences.

Once inside, they were ambushed and the scene devolved into chaos.

” ‘Philly Lucky’ ran past me,” Massino recalled. “He got shot and he went down.”

Then “Sonny Red” tried to bolt, but “I grabbed his ankles,” Massino said.

“Trini gets hit with a [blast from] a double-barreled shotgun.”

Gravano revealed the number of times he himself pulled the trigger: one.
