Covid-19 Powerplays

Have there been any attempts by LCN to take over territories or operations during the Covid-19 lockdown or is there a "hold" on crews making moves during this time?

The pattern with regards to LCN over the past 30 years has definitely been in terms of shrinking rather than expanding, and the COVID-19 pandemic doesn't look set to buck that trend, especially considering the impact of sports being shut down on their wallets and lockdown's impact on guys being able to meet face to face. Maybe a noticeable increase in loansharking and drug dealing but I expect the overall impact will still be overwhelmingly negative (and this isn't even mentioning the impact of COVID on their legitimate businesses).
