Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/04/20 08:48 PM

This was just plain sad. From the emphasis in his responses I believe *he* really believes the bull shit he is spouting off. He's been lying for so long he's convinced himself in his age and senility.

They should refer to this condition as "Kuklinski Syndrome" other known sufferers are Frank Sheeran and in the most advanced case ever recorded, Tom Papania.

This is a genuine question, and I mean no disrespect, but why is this guy's story "science fiction tales" but not every other informant's story?

I finally attempted to watch it, fast forwarded and skipped through most of it but did anyone catch at the end that he claims that Stevie Mazzone wears a wig?!?!? WTF

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/05/20 09:12 AM

I didn’t make in two mins before I shut it off. The story he tells about him, Don Carlo and Bruno from intro gets me everytime, like they had a secret brotherhood together. Him Sheeran Alite and Hill should have done a collaboration on history of LCN in America. They are responsible for 90% of hits committed in last 80 years and every boss either loved them or were punks and nothing without these guys. Wonder what theyd classify it as Historical-Fiction or Comedy?

I suppose the big difference would be in what he talks about and how he talks about it. Everything he says pretty much is about how great he is, how feared he was, how much the old timers respected him and how hated everyone else was. And he keeps adding new claims. He's not alone in these regards, you see people like Michael Franzese or Frank Culotta do the same, but Natale takes it to the next degree. The perfect example of that is when he flips in 1999 he tells the police that Joey Merlino made him in 1994 and immediately promoted him to boss. Now that's incredibly rare but, ultimately, believable. Philadelphia only had a handful of active members on the street at that point so just in the process of rebuilding the hierarchy it will require making guys so you can promote them to high-ranking positions - similar thing happened with the DeCavalcantes in the early-2000s. But now, years after all the trials are over, when he's no longer reliant on sticking to what he told the feds back then, he makes up some story about how he was made at a private ceremony back in the day attended only by Carlo Gambino and Angelo Bruno and that no-one else knew about it. He even says in this interview that he 'forgot' to tell Merlino about it, which was why he put him through the ceremony. If you're going to make somebody but not introduce him as made to anyone else in the family then what's the point of making him?

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/05/20 09:27 AM

Yea like this guy would forget to tell people Carlo and Angelo made him. Anyone who listens to him for five minutes would know by the way he makes himself out he would have told any who would have listened that happened. I’d bet big money he bragged to Joey when they were locked up about all kinds of stuff and Joey saw he made friends with some NY guys, Joey checks in with his pops and finds out most of its bullshit but that he was associated but nowhere as big as he made himself out to be Joey or Chuckie came up with idea of him being at the top to catch the heat from LE and getting NY on board.

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/05/20 08:19 PM

Just watched it.

First of all, as a non native english speaker, it was sometimes hard to understand him because of his diction issue. So i didn't get everything he said.

Regarding the content of his itw, i thought they talked too much about his time with Bruno and the union. He kind of says what he wants and no one can really corroborate it so i assume a lot of it is bullshit, starting with that ridiculous private induction ceremony.

I wish they had spent more time on the time when he was the boss in Philly.

It would be great if Valutainment would itw a couple of mob guys at the same time, like Gravano/Leonetti, or Franzese/Pistone. I don't think it would be too much an issue security wise and it would be interesting to have them talk about the people they both knew or the things they did together.

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/05/20 11:09 PM

That guy lost some credibility after that .

The guy that was doing the interview was looking at him like you are shot the fuck out !

The producers had a hell of a time did you all notice how many takes / cuts there was ?

That was aweful. They shouldn't of aired that. Does anyone know if he has a son in his late 30s maybe early 40s? I remember being introduced to someone and was told it was his son.

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/06/20 07:02 PM

He mentions Gotti was refused a bet because the bookie didn’t want his action and was whacked for it. Who was this bookie?

What’s also funny is he talks about things like ‘Did u know Salvie killed the guys that killed his dad’ like
it was some kind of secret.

What’s interesting though, he confirmed what many on here have mentioned. That Leonetti wanted Salvie dead

I don't know about a son.. but I worked w/ a chef @ a prominent Italian restaurant (Panorama) here in Philly that was dating his daughter..that was back in 1998..& I did meet her & she seemed to envision herself as entitled.

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/06/20 09:33 PM

I think honestly the title of this thread/video is misleading, because the interview was so bad that it was of no value, and it was too sad to be of any 'tainment.

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/06/20 09:37 PM

When Natale flipped contracts were put out on his family. In December 1999 at a bail hearing the prosecution alleged that Merlino had approved hits on Ralph Natale, Ronald Previte and their families. In March 2001 the FBI sent a memo to local police saying that Mike Lancellotti, Joseph Curro and Michael Virgilio were involved in plots to murder Natale's son Frank (a teacher and football coach) and his daughter Vanessa (a clerk). Obviously nothing came of the plots.

A lot of rats seem to turn because soon as they get jailed, nobody looks out for their family.

And obviously I can understand why, it’s a dog eat dog world. Soon as u go away, everyone will take your action and not send an envelope to your wife. But, you’d think some of these guys would be smart enough to realise- by doing so, they’re paying for themselves to stay out of jail

Natale has zero knowledge on how Phil felt about Salvie. I am not saying there’s not a chance Phil didn’t have reasons hemay have wanted Salvie dead, I don’t know one way or the other. I do know Natale was locked up and was nothing to anybody near the top then.

Very true in Italy they have a whole system of paying imprisoned members and their families, but even there sometimes they don't get what they want and become turncoats.

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/07/20 11:51 AM

Recently, there was an article in La Reppublica about a Camorra clan who keeps giving money to the families of two members who have been in jail for 35 years for a hit they did on behalf of the clan..

During these 35 years, the clan has had some internal feuds and wars and new factions took over but whoever was in charge always made sur that the families of the two imprisoned members get paid.

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/07/20 02:08 PM

Thanks. I guess I met Frank. This was before Natale flipped. I sold my first car to a guy who worked at Panorama. A few people I grew up with worked there also. We probably know each other.

It's a family, you have to take care of them they are brothers even if you don't agree with them.

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/08/20 12:56 AM

That interview was one of the worse, and I think 2 mins in Patrick realises

From that point onwards you can tell he was apprehensive about asking questions because it would just set Natale off on a rant that made no sense

Halfway through Natale even asks what the interviewer’s name is. Does this channel not even have anyone conduct a test prior to agreeing contracts etc just to see how the interviewee would be like

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/10/20 04:53 AM

What a fucking loser! I always wonder how much he was actually making when he was "boss" seemed he was desperate for money and was living in Cooper River Plaza which is by no means anything special. I mean theres no way in hell Merlino was giving him the amount he should have but I'm just curious how bad they we're beating him.

Natale shot and killed George Feeney and Joseph McGreal in the 1970s. The McGreal hit was ordered by Angelo Bruno

Re: Ralph Natale Valuetainment Interview - 06/12/20 09:04 AM

That was a bad interview. George Feeney, Joseph McGreal, and one more hit he was involved in.
