Why hasn't Canada ever had its own commission

Perhaps a big part of it is because most Canadian families are closely tied/are crews of bigger American families, who would represent them.

In the past this was true but now the papalias,musitanos and rizzutos are indipendent families maybe because the first two families are calabrians and had more ties with the siderno group and the ndrangheta.

And those families would answer to Italy before they'd listen to the American families.

They have in fact two boards of control one in Montreal and one in Toronto.
