It was in Canarsie, I'm not positive about the names accuracy or what years in operated but in my family there are many stories about it. It was the luc's spot, the main man's I Believe.

Did it belong to the twins? They had an after hrs bar together in Canarsie mid to late 80s before they got sent down. Supposedly a luccesse haunt.

It was called Canarsie Horsemans Lounge on Foster Ave I lived in Canarise all my life
