Capeci wrote a good article on this today. A old construction guy from brooklyn with a huge company was marked by gaspipe and vic as a rat. They wanted his company . He was still paying it to guys who came up threw speros crews till like 2015. Money went up to 15gs a year but for almost 30yrs and you can imagine all the favors he must have had to do. But he liked spero. He didnt want to testify and probaly isnt a good witness he said hes never met the 2 guys on trial. The feds would lock him up for not teatifying he kicked up money to pete log....
