The feds are obviously trying to build a case against Joey thus by keep pushing his sentencing date back. I think they (mob talk) said the max for Joey is 3 years, no doubt the judge throws the book at him.

The max is up t two years, and more or less it keeps being pushed back at merlino's request

Ya, guidelines are set, as bigfella said, the pushing of his sentencing is totally unrelated to feds and most certainly not related to feds in a different district building a case...but, that part is true, they definetly are trying to build a case that leads to him

Guy had to be told to stop blowing his nose after he was shot because the EMT was concerned his brains would come out through the bullet holes. They really fucked him up good.
