Wind scheme

I've read about a new scheme the mob came up with with wind energy. Apparently one of the wind farms in Italy was busted aswell..
Opinions?

Yes they've been involved in renewable energy, greenhouse gases, food fields etc

I guess it is money laundering, subsidy fraud and maybe frauds with billed amount between windparks and electricity grid.
