Former Hells Angel Insta-famous biker is charged with domestic violence and drug offences as his model girlfriend is arrested for 'stomping on a stranger's head during a road rage incident'
Three members of the Haarlem chapter of the Hells Angels, prosecuted for a long series of serious crimes, Thursday again denied virtually all allegations at their address. In the extra-secure court bunker in Osdorp, the word 'silence' was also arranged. Chapter President Lysander de R. (36) and his alleged seconds Ricardo van der H. (43) and Frank L. (38) stand together with six other club members and the girlfriend of De R.. They were arrested at the end of January last year in a coordinated action against the motorcycle club, in which the entire chapter was rolled up. The criminal case is separate from the civil procedure that the justice department announced on Wednesday to ban the Hells Angels in the Netherlands.
I lived in Denmark from 2015-2016. If anyone here knows the Christiania neighborhood in Copenhagen, then the drug sales there are mostly controlled by Hells Angels. Also they are very known there for their crimes.
Is this Australia's most violent gang? Notorious bikie mob more ruthless than the Hell's Angels opens a chapter Down Under – as government places them on their 'public enemy list'
I stick to my opinion that the whole Satudarah hype is way overblown. At one point in the Netherlands they did hold some power, but that was more because of the fact that one of their side chapters - aptly named "Trailer Trash" - had a huge following among "woonwagenbewoners" and dodgy car dealers in Brabant, Limburg, South Holland, Drenthe... (as said before, all kind of breeding grounds for homegrown OC). That was actually kinda short lived though and I don't think that chapter is all that active anymore after they split off from Satudarah. Individuals who were associated with the Trailer Trash chapters have later on been implicated in large scale international drug trafficking reports.
Of course there are members capable of violence and crime, but as far as the club being a criminal powerhouse? I doubt it. Even the Dutch Hells Angels in their heydays were mostly considered an organized crime syndicate just for the fact that a ton of upper echelon criminals - who mostly were just hangarounds, associates or prospects - associated themselves with the club. Klepper for instance was a HA prospect and other big time gangsters like Mieremet, Holleeder...or later on Danny K...all frequently hung around those parts as well.
Killing Joke, Satudarah is more than a 1% club, they are an integral part of the Moluccan community and the RMS. The way they expand all over the world shows they want to gain a foothold in the underworld everywhere.

Words cannot express the stupidity and level of scum for those guys.
There is one more guy involved that the feds and mainstream media ignore.
Google an article called paying Michael Kramer. He was the full patch involved who turned and collected $$$$$$ our tax dollars on behalf of the feds. And he only got probation for the murder despite very possibly being the one who actually killed her.

I dispute that. European bikers are alot crazier especially Eastern Europe. I was in touch with the Outlaws for a while, had a friend as a member but he died...

Not only down under, but everywhere. That´s why the outlaw biker life is so appealing to new members and why most MCs are growing.

ahh my bad.
I thought you were asking if HA Europe have more numbers than United States. Yes they are more dangerous and crazier. I would say United States are far more organized and prepared whereas Europe usually have little planning.
Don't get me wrong the US have batshit crazy HA members but they tend to stick to their own business overall.
United States is more about money so interfering and causing trouble is bad for business / result in removal of certain members if they start random shit because American law enforcement are more strict and always watching. You'll find it is far easier to bribe cops and politicians in countries which are not developed plus there is less backlash for a corrupt official so it's alot easier and they aren't as nearly as organized as FBI doing 24/7 surveillance, putting wires on motorcycles and clubhouses etc etc
The Australian Defence Force is probing suspected links between up to 50 active personnel across all three services and outlaw bikie clubs across Australia as part of a service-wide crackdown.
George Christie was once the most important president of the Hells Angels on the west coast of the United States. He was regularly in prison and survived several attacks on his life. In 2011 he left the motor club after 40 years. Now he tours the US with a theater show.
Him and Big Pete of the Outlaws MC are friends, however I have heard they are having issues. Mainly with a HA chapter opened up a some years ago in Illinois.
The rocker club Hells Angels is planning a motorcycle demonstration through Berlin. On 8 September motorcycle racers want to demonstrate against the so-called Kuttenverbot that forbids them to wear their club sign in public.
The ban was made possible by a tightening of club law, which came into force in March 2017. According to this, members of certain rocker groups are no longer allowed to wear badges on their waistcoats ("cowls"). Even at the clubhouses they are now prohibited. If individual local groups of an association are forbidden because of criminal activities, the badge prohibition applies nationwide.
With the prohibition of custody the abuse of the association right for organized crime should be fought. The police connect rocker clubs like the Hells Angels or the Bandidos with trafficking and drug trafficking. For years, the district court has been running a lawsuit against ten Hells Angels, accused of involvement in a contract killing of a 26-year-old four years ago in a betting office in Reinickendorf
The German biker scene has become a complete farce. Any Turkish, Turkish-Kurdish or Lebanese dude that once beat the crap out of someone outside a nightclub gets his colors these days. And most of them don't even ride their motorcycle, if they own a bike at all. Not saying there aren't serious criminals among them, but "bikers" they ain't.

True. You'll find these days Germans are almost nothing in regard to anything - nationalist parties, motorcycle clubs. The only thing they are good at is drug dealing haha

Haven't read the book, but I've read quite a few articles on this. The thing is...the Neco crew aren't bikers. They're criminals, for sure, but they just aren't hardcore Angels. I doubt they're gonna keep on being connected to the club for a long time.

Germany: Berlin police seized several weapons in raid against Hells Angels 12-10-2018 16:00:34
Berlin (AFP) In a raid in the rocker milieu, the Berlin police have arrested three men and confiscated several weapons. As the police announced on Friday, officials searched on Thursday with about 300 forces twelve objects, including the clubhouse of the group Hells Angels MC Berlin Central in the district of Reinickendorf. The occasion was investigation for drug trafficking.
German police confiscated in Hamburg more than a ton of cocaine from Brazil worth up to 200 million euros, a kilo of marijuana and 170 000 euros in cash. Investigators observed three Germans (40, 40, 49), one Italian (28) and one Pole (43) unloading a container at Billhorner Röhrendamm in Hamburg's Rothenburgsort district near the Elbbrücken. The focus by the police is on Martin P. (39) from the HafenCity, a leading member of the "Hells Angels". He was arrested on Thursday as well as his alleged accomplices from Rothenburgsort, plus a Pole (45) and a German (25). The police had already investigated P. in February. But then flopped a raid. Only 20 grams of marijuana were seized. The investigators, however, remained tuned. Now the huge success.
November 21 German police and prosecutors have the property of rocker boss Frank Hanebuth (54) searched near Hannover. Background was a preliminary investigation against six accused for predatory extortion. Frank is still considered one of the most influential Angels in Europe.
The Hells Angels have re-established an evolving presence in Atlantic Canada, although experts say they have not expanded their roster of full-patch members since first reappearing in the region more than two years ago.
The German press is worried about the former sister-in-law of F1 legend Michael Schumacher. Cora Schumacher has a relationship with a prominent Hells Angel.
If they have been uncomfortable throughout the year, the Hells Angels may have to keep the profile a little lower, in 2019. The police forces plan to increase the pressure on them.
With the highly publicized marriage of the Hells Martin Robert, in downtown Montreal, 2018 was a year in which many criminal bikers were seen appearing publicly.
Organized crime experts, however, warn them that if 2018 has been a showpiece for the Hells, 2019 will be the death penalty for the criminal organization.
According to information from police sources, confirmed by our Investigation Bureau, the police plan to strike the chapter of Trois-Rivières more than once.
By the way, the work is already started. On December 7, the National Crime Squadron struck the modest home of the Trois-Rivières chapter in Saint-Cuthbert. "The fight against organized crime and criminal bikers are our priority," the authorities said.
In 2019, the police have already planned a series of searches related to motorcyclists of the Mauricie. The reason? This section brings together the most influential and hard-working criminals in the province.
The new chef in Quebec "Trois-Rivières is still a chapter with a lot of seniority, since 1991, explains the former investigator Paul Laplante. This is a chapter that is excessively powerful. We know that Mario Brouillette, chapter of Trois-Rivières, would be the new leader of the Hells Angels of Quebec. "
The year 2018 saw the largest round of raids on the Hells Angels since Operation SharcQc. 2019 could therefore be replaced by the second act.
Our sources also point out that we must not neglect the activities of the Hells in eastern Quebec and the Maritimes.
It seems that the Quebec Chapter, which has had several members open the first section of the club in New Brunswick, could be visited by the police. All this against a background of reorganization in the criminal ranks.
Indeed, our observers report that some Hells school clubs are taking more and more space, including the mysterious Head Hunters, who would have the confidence of several members in good standing of the Hells Angels.
"It's just new structures. More difficult to reach the head leaders, simply, "says Paul Laplante.
In 2003 I saw the HA, more accurately HA prospects, deliver a vicious beating to some unlucky individual. It was at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco - the epicenter of peace & love flower power in the 60s. We all know how that era ended at Altamont. This time it wasn't fatal. The event was "ThrashFest 2003" featuring Halford, Testament, Death Angel, Vio-Lence, Impaled and other acts. Definitely an atmosphere for the "good, friendly, violent fun" that the Bay Area scene is famous for. There was a large group of HA and quite a few prospects at the show. Nothing new, seeing the Red & White at Bay Area rock concerts is a regular occurrence as they usually get in for free to this day at venues, especially those once associated with Bill Graham Presents. It's a decades long policy that when the Angels show up at places like the Warfield they don't need tickets and security is instructed not to ask, just let them in.
The club members and prospects were dispersed throughout the venue acting as additional "security" and everything seemed to be going well. During the Death Angel set there was a fight near the restrooms just off of stage left. The Hells Angels prospects were beating some guy and dragged him into the mens room. I assume it was part of their initiation. Not wanting to get in the way my friends and I (and most of the crowd) backed away from the area. We went near the soundboard where there were still some prospects stationed. After a few minutes a full patch member came and signaled to the prospects that it was time to leave after which a dozen or so more made their way through the crowd dragging the victim (who looked really bad) and threw him down the non-working escalator steps before leaving immediately as a group. The mans friends came to his aid and the show continued with everyone aware of what happened turning a blind eye to the events.
At a different show one of the funniest things I've every seen at a concert was courtesy of a Hells Angel. This happened a few years back at the annual Y&T show held each year at the Fillmore in San Francisco. Most people familiar with Y&T will know them from the one "hit" they had back in the 80s - "Summertime Girls". It was their attempt at a pop song and fans who had followed the band since their years as Yesterday and Today HATED it! Before that song Y&T were known as a hard rocking band - they weren't Iron Maiden or Metallica but they weren't Bon Jovi either. Just good ol' blue collar rock like AC/DC. The band didn't include the tune in their set for many years, completely avoiding playing it in SF at least. They brought it back a few years ago and it was greeted warmly by the females in the audience who would dance and sing along. This night they broke into the song and as usual the women enjoyed themselves. I looked over to my right and saw the biggest, meanest looking Hells Angel who was also dancing and singing along with all his might! The juxtaposition of this long haired, bearded, full patched biker giving his all along to the wimpiest song the band ever recorded was hilarious!
The Hells Angels want to reinvest the Maritime Provinces
The Hells Angels have been busy reinvesting Atlantic Canada for two years, but they seem to have a hard time recruiting "members in good standing," experts say.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and organized crime experts do not understand why the most powerful group of criminal bikers in the country have not yet found candidates worthy of membership in good standing. But they confirm that the Hells are reorganizing well, after the painful dismantling by the police of their chapter of Halifax in 2001.
Stephen Schneider, a professor of criminology at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, says the creation of a new school club this past year - the Red Devils - shows the Hells still want to redeploy to the provinces Atlantic.
"The Red Devils are, so to speak, their AAA affiliated club at the international level," says Professor Schneider, who has written extensively on organized crime. "So it's a sign that the Hells Angels have not let go and really want to be in Atlantic Canada. "
The Red Devils have chapters in Moncton, New Brunswick, and Halifax, Nova Scotia. Members of the Halifax Chapter, created in July, were recruited from two other biker clubs, the Gatekeepers and the Darksiders, according to RCMP Staff Sergeant Guylaine Cottreau of the Criminal Intelligence Service in Nova Scotia. -Scotland.
"They were known Hells Angels and friends came from existing clubs," explains me Cottreau. "But we do not report new" prospects "[...] even though the Hells still have a good footprint in the province with their friendly clubs. "
According to agent Cottreau, the Hells had a chapter of "prospects" in Nova Scotia, but it had fewer than six members in the fall, and these bikers have since become "prospects" of the Hells in New Brunswick neighbor, where their Nomads club already had some members in good standing transplanted to that province. The Nomads were once headed in Quebec by Maurice Boucher, who is serving a life sentence for the murder of two prison guards.
Very attractive ribs
In addition to the Red Devils, there are other "small" criminal gangs in Nova Scotia, including Darksider clubs in Dartmouth and the Annapolis Valley, Sedition clubs in Fall River and Weymouth, and Highlanders clubs in Antigonish. in Pictou County and Cape Breton.
Experts believe that the Hells are seeking to expand their territory and take control of drug trafficking in an area of several thousand kilometers of coastline, an undeniable attraction for traffickers.
The Bacchus Motorcycle Club would be the only other rival organization of biker criminals in Nova Scotia, and it seems to have entered into a truce in the area with the Hells. A Nova Scotia Supreme Court Judge declared the organization "criminal" in a July decision - a decision that may hinder his activities, as this label comes with stiffer penalties for crimes committed for the benefit of gang.
Meanwhile, the Hells Angels' traditional rivals Outlaws also made forays into the region with friendly clubs like the Black Pistons in Fredericton and Sydney, where they settled earlier this year. The Outlaws and Bacchus are also present in Newfoundland, as well as several clubs friends of the Hells Angels. In Prince Edward Island, there are two Bacchus chapters and one chapter of a Hells Angels affiliated club.
"For now, it's quiet, but the Outlaws are the main group rival Hells Angels: there is therefore a potential (of violence)," said M me Cottreau.
Outlaws "cheeky"
Professor Schneider finds it surprising that the Outlaws are trying to settle in Atlantic Canada after failing to become a significant threat to the Hells in Ontario. "They are cheeky, you have to give them that," says Schneider. "They continue to fight and try to establish their territory. "
Although the port of Halifax is expected to be attractive to the Hells Angels, police say it has not reported any suspicious activity on this side. Professor Schneider, who has just completed a study for the federal government on organized crime in seaports, also found no direct evidence of a Hells presence on the Halifax wharf. "But that does not mean that they are not there, or that there are no partners. "
The criminologist believes the Hells' influence has taken its toll on major police operations, such as the arrest in July of prominent New Brunswicker Emery Martin. But it would be especially the success of the repression of previous years against the group of bikers in Quebec which would have had the most impact, according to him.
In April 2009, Operation SharQc led to the arrest of 156 people and the closure of several criminal gang clubs. Numerous lawsuits have fallen flat, however, and the Hells have managed to recover in Quebec, which may have implications for the Atlantic region, Schneider believes.
"They are better positioned to create chapters and club-schools in Atlantic Canada," he says. The presence of the Red Devils in Moncton is important because it is a leading club-club, long associated with the Montreal Chapter of the Hells Angels. "
Constable Cottreau says the police are aware of this growing threat - she has observed in the region this summer the presence of Hells Angels from Quebec. "We try to shake them up and dismantle them, but the task is arduous: it's a fairly well-established organization. "
Tension climbs between Hells Angels and law enforcement The bikers did not hesitate to show and taunt the police last year. The Hells Angels and the Quebec police have fought a veritable war of nerves in 2018, in the street, in court or on social networks.
Explosion of heroin seizures SPVM police confiscated the equivalent of 120,000 doses of this opium derivative last year. Last month, the SPVM dismantled a network of heroin trafficking led by the Minotaurs, a club allied with the Hells Angels
On 29 May it will be clear whether the motorcycle club Hells Angels Holland will be banned. Then the Utrecht District Court will rule on the civil law case filed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The banning of the Angels, who established themselves as the first outlaw motorcycle gang (OMG) in the Netherlands in 1978, is a long cherished wish of justice. In the mid-nineties, reports were already received from members who were engaged in internationally organized crime, including drug trafficking.
The police found 80 kilograms of cocaine-worth $ 4 million worth of sports bags on the black market in Patrick Duchesne's SUV on March 14, 2018. A man from the Laurentians who thought he could solve his money problems by trading for more than $ 4 million worth of coke for the Hells Angels will spend a long time in the shadows.
Patrick Duchesne, 46, was in desperate need of cash when he decided to take up a job for the benefit of the criminal bikers.
Although he had no criminal record, Duchesne was known as a former member of the Hells Angels' former club, the Devils Ghosts, on the North Shore.
Giroux, whose name is on the list of the ten most wanted criminals in Quebec, has been on the run since Operation Objection in which the National Organized Crime Squad (ENRCO) dismantled four drug trafficking networks related to drug trafficking. Hells Angels in April 2018. Sixty people were arrested and Giroux is the last of them not to have settled his case in court yet.
He will appear tomorrow at the Montreal Courthouse and be charged with gangsterism, a conspiracy to smuggle cocaine, cocaine trafficking and methamphetamine trafficking.
No more holidays for a Hells repatriated after 10 months on the run
The Quebec Hells Angel, whose run ended yesterday in the Dominican Republic, would have pocketed an average of $ 20,000 each month with the sale of drugs in some areas of the province.
This Hells member of the Montreal chapter was to be apprehended on April 24 at the same time as sixty other accused of the drug operation Objection.
However, the 48-year-old rider had gone south when the National Organized Crime Squad (ENRCO) sounded at home. And he was probably not in a hurry to return to the fold.
According to our information, Giroux had been negotiating for some time with the authorities, through his lawyer.
However, the ENRCO did not want him to change his mind and disappear again. So they went to apprehend him in the Dominican Republic rather than wait for his return.
Giroux could count on several allies in this Caribbean country. The first chapter of the Hells Angels established in the Dominican Republic, in Cabarete, in 2008, was sponsored by the Hells of Quebec.
Regarded as a rising star of the biker gang, the one nicknamed Grand Dan would have put his pockets in 2017 by exercising control of certain drug sales territories in the Laurentians, Outaouais and Eastern Ontario. .
Paid "taxes"
According to our sources, he is suspected of having received more than $ 125,000 in just six months with royalties - also known as "taxes" in the jargon of the middle - that he allowed himself to be perceived by traffickers cocaine and methamphetamine doing business in "his" territories.
Giroux, like three other members in good standing of the Hells pinned in this operation, was tricked into making money transactions with a "mole" who had infiltrated the network on behalf of the police.
He is scheduled to appear today at the Montreal courthouse to answer charges of conspiracy, drug trafficking and gangsterism.
♦ He is a member in good standing of the Hells Angels chapter of Montreal since March 2018.
♦ Over $ 2 million, 21 kg of cocaine, 200,000 methamphetamine tablets and 34 firearms were seized in this net.
♦ The Quebec dean of the Hells, Michel Sky Langlois, 72, was sentenced to 58 months of penitentiary in this case.
♦ Last month, Carl Ranger, who was both a police officer in Repentigny and a delivery man for a network of Hells traffickers, was sentenced to 18 months in prison as a result of this investigation.
Hells Angel Hells complains to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
The Hells Angel Éric Bouffard wants to be able to travel freely and goes in crusade against the federal authorities.
The biker, one of South Division's most influential, was turned away when he arrived in the Dominican Republic in 2016 because he is part of a criminal organization. It would also have happened a second time during a trip to Mexico. He obviously did not find it funny.
Eric Bouffard is indeed a great traveler. According to the 2000 Diversion police investigation into money laundering, the biker had flown thirteen times between 2006 and 2009, including eight times to the Dominican Republic or Mexico.
Bouffard wants to know why he is now registered by the authorities of these countries and how they have received information about him, presumably in order to show that it violates his rights.
M e Handfield said to have received satisfactory information from the last two bodies, but not the RCMP.
Éric Bouffard wants to obtain from the federal police all the information that he has about him, whether at his offices on Dorchester Street or at Trudeau Airport.
Last summer, the RCMP responded that "all of the information requested is subject to an exception under subparagraphs 22 (1) (a) (i) and 22 (1) (a) (ii) the Privacy Act, which states that a public body may refuse to disclose information that belongs to it.
No answer
The Office of the Commissioner first responded to last year's biker's lawyer that his complaint was well-founded because the RCMP took a long time to respond, but closed the case, saying the federal police had ended up answering.
"The RCMP responded that it can not answer, not an answer," fumed M e Handfield, who has filed a second complaint with the Commissioner.
"If Mr. Bouffard wants to talk about his case, he can do it, but we, we do not have the right because of the Law on the protection of the private life", explained to the Press the sergente Camille Abel, RCMP's Division C (Quebec).
Other cases
Presumably, the information requested by the rider is intelligence-related and may be difficult or impossible to obtain.
An employee of the Mexican consulate in Montreal added, saying that the decision to drive back a traveler was a "prerogative of local immigration officials".
In December 2017, La Presse revealed that a dozen Quebec motorcyclists had been turned back in these two countries, but other cases have since been added, including individuals linked to other organized crime groups in Montreal.
In April 2018, at least three Quebec motorcyclists were turned back on their arrival in Brazil, where was held the World Run, an international event of the Hells Angels.
It is unclear whether other bikers or individuals linked to other criminal organizations have initiated steps similar to those of Éric Bouffard, but it would not be surprising if some people follow suit.
This seems to be a new trend for the Hells Angels to use public mechanisms and judicial channels to assert their rights or obtain redress.
Probaly stupid question are the hells angels giving black guys there patch today in the usa. I see a ton of hells angels around Massachusetts in the summer. I also enjoyed the Sons of Anarchy series.
I think your referring about the episode of "Juice Ortiz" that was tormented about his father being black and thought he would be expelled if the MC club would find out. When the Sons of Anarchy was over I started to watch the Mayans. I wasn't that impressed with the Mayans series, I find the acting and story line to be mediocre compared to the Sons of Anarchy.
I'm really curious if there are still HA chapters involved in first tier organized crime in the USA. This thread seems to be 50% Quebec, 40% BC, 10% rest of the world.

They are still the biggest MC in the USA but no MC dominates the USA like the HA do in Canada. Just like with OC, they are able to get away with a lot more in Canada than in the US, so they and the other MCs need to keep it much more on the down low in the US.

This.
Bandidos are about the same size in membership I think?
At any given time there are probably a few charters involved in seriously heavy shit. They're heavy dudes, but certainly not all are active criminals. Most guys who get out say any crime was completely disorganized crime. Not mafia on wheels as the TV shows say.

Canada is like the wild west compared to the US.
The Outlaws are very big also but you can't compare the activity of any US club to that of the HA in Canada. They are operating in a completely different environment under a completely different set of rules.
When it comes to the USA, I've come across bigger and more serious busts regarding the Outlaws than the Hells Angels tbh.
Even in that fairly recent Indiana bust with Frank Wheeler, the crimes were reasonably diversified: narcotics, extortion, gambling, fraud, fencing... During that "Cocaine Cowboy" era the Outlaws were moving tons and tons of dope from Central Florida and all over the South. Under Taco Bowman they must've made lots of money as well.
Could the area they operate in have something to do with this? In the USA the Outlaws seem to hold quite a bit of sway in the somewhat poorer and more rural parts of the South and the Midwest. Whereas the Hells Angels in the USA are based in the, by now, slightly more cosmopolitan parts where there might be less of a "gunslinger" thinking going on.
In terms of OMCG stuff I haven't come across more insane stories anywhere than those of the Hells Angels in Quebec (especially from the 70's to the 90's) or those of the Outlaws in the South during the 80's and 90's. Sure you can find biker stuff that's happening in other parts of the world, but rarely upper tier criminal activities coupled with violence on that scale.
Probaly stupid question are the hells angels giving black guys there patch today in the usa. I see a ton of hells angels around Massachusetts in the summer. An i go from springfield towards cape cod there plenty. Or atleast i see the surport you local 81 all over worcester county which i think is the biggest county in terms of towns and area
"Are there Black Members of the Hells Angels??? Yes there are a few actually."
"Now back to Black Members. In the Hells Angels there have been Black members over the years and there are many All Black Hells Angels Support Clubs and Friendly Clubs. Sonny Barger befriended the East Bay Dragons which was an all Black Club.
In Canada a Hells Angels puppet club called the Monteral Rockers had a black member named Gregory “Picasso†Wooley. Picasso was patched in by Maurice "Mom" Boucher of the Nomads Hells Angels who was deemed to be the Motorcycle Mafia Godfather of Canada by the Media."
They have also set up seperate clubs like the Brothers Caribbean and Red Devils Aruba who have black members.

It is not done on purpose. It just happens that HA chapters in Quebec are more involved in crimes than most chapters.

The USA being birthplace of the 1% Clubs will have more competition & more independent clubs. It's quite geographically as well; H.A started in the West therefore majority of their membership and/or influence is in that region, Outlaws is to the Midwest, Bandidos is to the South, & Pagans the East Coast. Now there's overlapping of course but I'm speaking in general membership base. I've never seen a H.A in my state.
Hells Angels was largest at some point in the past but the Outlaws or Bandidos been the largest since the 90s in the States. Violence still goes on but it seems to be certain chapters.
The Black/Mixed 1% Clubs are the least talked about despite being just as large as any of the " Big 4/5 Clubs" and highly based in metropolitan cities. So far only the Wheels Of Soul been hit with Rico Act. The info from that case shed groundbreaking light on their size, activities, & rivalry ( which possibly still ongoing). The WOS is around half the membership of the H.A.

Hells Angels, Outlaws and Bandidos are probably talked about the most because these clubs were the ones that expanded all over the world whereas for instance Pagans or Wheels of Soul remained a purely American thing.
The "Mafia on wheels" reputation of the Hells Angels seems to come from their exploits in Canada (and to some extent Europe) moreso than from their activity in the USA. In the USA, even during the Barger heydays, they always seemed to be a bunch of toughs, but an organized criminal enterprise? It's kinda doubtful - barring some exceptions of course. In Canada on the other hand, there seem to be entire chapters dedicated to organized crime.
The Outlaws, even though not nearly as big and powerful as the HA in Canada and Europe, seem to be more of a mob-like organization in the USA than the HA are. Especially when we take everything from the 90's onwards in consideration.
Bandidos in Europe aren't really a stable club. They seem to pop up every now and then to piss off the HA, but they're quick to disappear from the limelight. They seem to be huge in Texas though.

Bandidos started in Texas. There's an OC element in most of these clubs in the USA. Just move differently due to circumstances.
Large network dismantled: accused of laundering Hells money The RCMP hits a vast international network recycling the narcodollars of organized crime in Quebec
Organized crime in Quebec has recycled tens of millions of dirty money around the world since 2013, from China to Dubai and the Middle East.
This is the result of Operation Collector, an extensive investigation that allowed the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to dismantle an international money laundering network based in Montreal and Toronto yesterday.
This crackdown targeted 19 suspects, including a dozen in the greater Montreal area.
This network would have helped the Hells Angels and other criminal groups to do business with drug cartels in Mexico, cocaine farmers in Colombia, and Chinese suppliers of synthetic drugs such as methamphetamine.
According to our sources, the organization has also allowed bikers and organized crime in Quebec to put narcodollars out of the Canadian tax system in investments overseas, or to reinvest them in the legal economy.
During its investigation, the RCMP was able to observe several Quebec "couriers" carrying cash-filled sports bags from Montreal to Toronto. The money was entrusted to a bureau de change and a company paravent, who said he was involved in the field of food, before being transferred abroad. EZ Food President Nader Gramian-Nik and his 71-year-old right-hand man, who is still under investigation by the police, Fred Rayman, face a string of charges.
On the Quebec side, the alleged leaders of the network are Lavallois Mohamad Jaber, 51, and Kamel Ghaddar, 39.
Lebanese underworld
According to our sources, Jaber is known to police for its alleged links with members of the Lebanese underworld who were involved in an import of 132 kg of cocaine that failed miserably in April 2017.
The Quebec plane pilot who reported the drugs from the Dominican Republic with an accomplice had to land in Ohio urgently when his old twin engine had experienced mechanical trouble. In addition to Canada, the allegations of conspiracy over a six-year period have ramifications in eight other countries: Lebanon, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, China, Nigeria, Mexico, Colombia and the United States. -United.
Several other suspects targeted in the investigation are also accused of engaging in drug trafficking.
This is the case of two suspects still wanted by the RCMP: Montrealer Victor Vargotskii, 56, and Francisco Javier Jimenez Guerrero, 35, whose address is unknown.
THE COLLECTOR OPERATION ♦ 19 arrests, 12 in Quebec and seven in Ontario
♦ 16 men and 3 women ranging in age from 25 to 71 years
♦ 3 of these suspects are still wanted
♦ The offenses cover a period of six years and have been committed in at least 9 countries
♦ $ 1.7 million in cash has been seized
♦ 6 properties valued at nearly $ 15 million and considered proceeds of crime could be forfeited to the state under court orders
Money laundering: a sophisticated network dismantled in Toronto
The individuals arrested yesterday in the dismantling of a major money-laundering network in Toronto used several schemes, some of which were rarely sophisticated.
It is obviously because of this sophistication that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Collector's investigation team summoned the reporters this morning to C Division Headquarters, Dorchester Boulevard, to spread the word about the stratagems.
According to our information, the suspects provided "turnkey" money laundering services to drug traffickers who were independent or linked to criminal organizations, or to other criminals who needed to wash dirty money.
Tens of millions
There was no direct link between them and the traffickers. These were customers of the network. The alleged recyclers had several phones each and made only encrypted communications.
One of these schemes was the use of currency exchange offices in the Toronto area, where stacks of tickets, mainly from Quebec, were transported in vehicles.
Another would be a system of money transfers into a sort of parallel and illegal banking system, in which the sums were stagnant and would have passed through accounts in other countries, including Iran, Lebanon and the Arab Emirates. united, according to our information.
An RCMP investigator, Sergeant François-Olivier Myette, will explain this morning the tactics by which tens of millions of dollars have been laundered since the start of the Collector investigation in mid-2016.
Get on a 10 under
During the investigation, between May 2016 and August 2018, the police conducted several searches and seized large quantities of cannabis, cocaine, hashish and methamphetamine, as well as over 1.7 million in Canadian money and various currencies.
He was released on February 4 pending further proceedings, for a deposit of $ 3,000 and after pledging not to have more than $ 500, not to communicate with people involved in drug trafficking and not owning more than one cell phone.
Operation advanced?
The arrest and appearance of the accused may have precipitated yesterday's operation.
During the course of the proceedings, an RCMP investigator filed affidavits stating that 550 watches had been conducted and 18,000 intercepts intercepted on May 28, 2018. As of September 24, 305 judicial authorizations had been signed by judges, and the policewoman indicated that the main report to prosecutors would be 800 pages long.
Returned by plane
More than 300 police officers from the RCMP's Division C Crime Incidental Unit (Quebec), RCMP in Ontario, Laval, Montreal and Toronto took part in the operation yesterday.
At least a dozen searches were carried out and 19 individuals were targeted, 12 in the Montreal area and 7 in the Toronto area. At the time of writing, three suspects were still wanted.
Some of the suspects arrested in Toronto were transported to Montreal aboard an RCMP-owned aircraft. They were brought to the Laval Police Headquarters for interrogation. They will be charged with conspiracy, money smuggling and money laundering.
The Canada Revenue Agency is also involved in the file and there is talk of blocking more than 15 million properties owned by the suspects.

I don't know about MS-13 on that note but some cliques/sets of Bloods do have their own theme clothes & Crips have Crip-A-Cola.
Hells Angels: Cazzetta ready to pay taxes ... but not too much
The influential Hells Angel Salvatore Cazzetta and Revenu Quebec have been fighting for more than five years, which almost ended with an agreement, but which has just returned to square one.
During the 1990s, the RCMP investigated drug traffickers and concealers. With the help of a forensic accountant, she assessed the financial profile of the suspects.
Cazzetta was not arrested and charged in this case, but the vouchers showed that the total net worth spread was more than $ 840,000 during those five years during which the rider did not produce tax return.
At that time, Cazzetta was the leader of the Rock Machine, which was waging a bloody war on the Hells Angels. But the Rock Machine was fighting without their leader, since he was then detained in the United States for cocaine trafficking.
It was after his release and his return to Quebec that Cazzetta passed into the opposite camp of the Hells Angels in 2005.
The file then remained almost unchanged until 2017.
In that year, Cazzetta benefited from a nolle prosequi (stop of the judicial process) in a case of smuggling of cigarettes, so that he was able to recover a sum of $ 250,000 that the police had seized. .

Several Cali outlaws including Vagos, Mongols and HA are major methamphetamine distributors for the mexican cartels. Risky but they make good money.
Justice in Spain demands 13 years imprisonment for Hanebuth
For years, Frank Hanebuth leads the "Hells Angels" of Germany. Then he and his fellow campaigners move to Mallorca where they allegedly commit several serious crimes, including trafficking and pimping.
In the indictment against him and 45 other suspected members of "Hells Angels" in the State Court in Madrid, the prosecutor demanded for Hanebuth 13 years in prison, as a spokesman for Justice on request announced.
The 54-year-old from Hannover and the co-defendants are accused in Spain of drug trafficking, pimping, founding a criminal organization, kidnapping, extortion, trafficking and money laundering. For two alleged leadership members of the gang, two brothers, the prosecutor demanded 38 years and 6 months and 33 years and 6 months in prison. The sum of the required prison sentences for the 46 defendants is 298 years and six months.
The group is said to have acted in Mallorca according to the findings of the investigators from 2009 to 2013 as a criminal organization and committed on the Playa de Palma - the notorious "Ballermann" - numerous serious crimes.
In 2013, Hanebuth was arrested on Mallorca together with 23 other suspected bikers on a finca in Lloret de Vistalegre on the Spanish holiday island. Among the detainees were mainly Germans, but also Turks, Luxembourgers and Spaniards.
After two years behind bars, Hanebuth - longtime president of the now defunct "Hells Angels" in Hannover - was released in July 2015 for a bail of 60,000 euros and under conditions of custody in the maximum security prison in Cádiz. He may leave Spain only temporarily and only with court approval.
Among the defendants are also two Mallorcan police and a member of the National Police Guardia Civil, who face imprisonment between five and a half and seven and a half years.
In Hamburg there is an investigation against the 24-year-old girlfriend of a Mongol who would have ordered a top-Hells Angel to liquidate, last year on the street in the Hamburg "Kiez" in Sankt Pauli. Victim Dariusch "Dari" F. (38) is in a wheelchair because of the failed attack on his life that caused him severe spinal cord injury, and paralysis from his waist. He was once feared a martial artist ("Der Schlächter"), an important Hells Angel, one of the men who controlled the criminal circuit in the red light district of Hamburg. 'The Hells Angels perform a structural armed struggle' TODAY, 12:29
ANP
The Public Prosecution Service has today asked the court to put a definitive end to the Hells Angels in the Netherlands by means of a ban.
The motorcycle club maintains a culture of violence that does not fit in with the rule of law, according to the OM. In 1500 pages, the justice system mentions why the club should be banned.
According to the PPS, the Hells Angels are conducting a structural armed struggle with Bandidos, Satudarah, Mongols and other clubs.
"Anyone who ever leaves home can be confronted with their violence," said the public prosecutor.
For example, in 2016 there was a big brawl between the Hells Angels and the Mongols in a hotel in Rotterdam.
State of war The Public Prosecution Service also showed a photograph of a fired cafe in Kerkrade. A family with young children living above the cafe barely escaped death.
The assignment for the arson would have been given by Limburg Hells Angels, because members of the rival Bandidos met in the pub.
Members of the Hells Angels in Haarlem were also in permanent state of war with other motor clubs, the Public Prosecutor said.
The banning of the American corporation of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in the Netherlands is impossible. The lawyers of this corporation argue this Thursday in the court in Utrecht. The Public Prosecution Service (OM) wants to ban both the national and the international branch of the motorcycle club in the Netherlands.
"There are no members in the corporation, it is a separate entity that protects the international property right," says the lawyer. "If the court were to forbid the corporation, that could have the strange consequence that third parties could infringe the logo, without the corporation being able to do anything about it." People could then copy the registered Hells Angels logo, a skull with wings, but the corporation can not act against it, because it is forbidden here.
Attorney Geert-Jan Knoops argued on Wednesday that the majority of the members of the Hells Angels are "normal" citizens with a permanent job. According to him, their rights would be violated if the entire club is banned, as justice wants.
Knoops responded with his plea to the earlier argument of the Public Prosecutor (OM) that the continuation of both the Hells Angels in the Netherlands and the foreign corporation would constitute a danger to public order.
The Dutch police are once again attempting to find out the whereabouts of 52-year-old Hells Angel Errol Janssen, who is suspected of having shot dead the notorious criminal Karel Pronk on 7 August 2018 in Delft. The police do not exclude him from hiding abroad and being in the vicinity of other Hells Angels members. He has a very striking appearance, mainly characterized by tattoos in his face.
Twenty suspected traffickers arrested in the Montreal area
SPVM police on Thursday arrested about 20 suspected drug traffickers during an operation that is practically a "copy and paste" of a strike against the same individuals four years ago.
Investigators from the Crime of Violence section (CDV) in the North region conducted about 20 searches in Montreal, Laval and Terrebonne, and arrested nearly 20 people, including the alleged head of the network, Yanick Gionet, 49, and his colleagues. two alleged assistants, Gilles Brisebois, 70 years old and Gilles Saint-Amand, 51 years old.
In 2015, the same individuals had been arrested in the dismantling of a drug trafficking network that controlled the same sector, the Plateau-Mont-Royal bars.

The five men will be spending the weekend behind bars, as the prosecution has objected to their release and their bail hearing was set for Monday for fitness. The four women were released under conditions. The others were released on a promise to appear.
During the search, the bloodhounds seized 300 grams of cocaine, 2,000 grams of marijuana, 3.42 grams of hashish and over $ 18,000 Canadian.
According to the SPVM, the network would be linked to bikers. According to our information, Yanick Gionet is close to Jean-Guy Bourgouin, a former member of the Rockers, a former club school Hells Angels. The two men pose together on photos posted on Yanick Gionet's Facebook page.
Following his arrest in 2015, Gionet pleaded guilty to conspiracy and drug trafficking, and was sentenced to 36 months. He was released from prison in 2017 and is therefore suspected of having returned to service.
Released from charges seven years after his arrest in Operation SharQc, a former Hells Angels contender is now claiming more than $ 4 million from the Quebec government.
John Coates is targeting the Department of Justice, the Attorney General of Quebec, former Chief Magistrate Madeleine Giauque - now director of the Bureau of Independent Investigations - and the informer Sylvain Boulanger in her lawsuit filed at the courthouse in Montreal. last week.
The plaintiff, who describes himself as a "businessman" residing in Estrie, is the 22nd accused of the police operation SharQc to sue the state in court, alleging having been the victim of "illegal detention", accusations "Unfounded" and "abusive" judicial proceedings.
$ 89M in total
The total amount claimed by these bikers is now $ 89 million. Following his arrest in April 2009, Coates, 52, was charged with seven counts including conspiracy to murder, drug trafficking and gangsterism.
Seven years later, the one whom the police considered to be a relationship of the Hells Chapter of Sherbrooke was granted a full stay at the request of the Crown in May 2016. After refusing to plead guilty in exchange for a symbolic punishment.
"The plaintiff [declined] this offer, wishing to be acquitted to whitewash his name," write his lawyers in the suit that Le Journal consulted.
"Lost 10 months of his life"
Coates claims to have "lost 10 months of his life" behind bars because of allegations of "bad faith" by the Crown and "the stated purpose of annihilating the Hells Angels in Quebec".
He believes the whole thing is responsible for the stroke he suffered in 2012, the "forced" sale of his three apartment buildings and his divorce in 2017.
The plaintiff accuses ex-Hells Angels Boulanger, who received $ 2.9 million to become an informer in this operation, for "shaping" his "inaccurate testimony [...] out of thirst for revenge" against his former gang .
Coates mentions that he has already been a "prospect" - or aspiring member - of the Hells of the Ontario chapter of London. But the band had informed him in 2002 "that he would never get the status of a member of the organization" for reasons he did not specify in his request.

Bed too small, wheelchair too narrow, access to showers almost impossible ... A guy of 550 pounds who says he lived a real hell penitentiary now wants to force the state to pay him $ 253 000 compensation.
"[Corrections] had to take all the necessary measures to ensure that their living environment did not compromise their dignity," reads Rene Raymond's recent civil suit.
The problem, he says in his pursuit, is that Archambault Penitentiary in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines did not have a cell for its large body size and disability. "He has both legs amputated, wheelchair and overweight: he weighs about 550 pounds," reads the court document filed at the courthouse in Montreal.
Until his transfer, a year later, Raymond said he was isolated in a cell of the health center, where he was confined 23 hours a day, because his wheelchair, although too small, did not pass the doors of regular cells .
Side lying "The bed was so tight that Raymond was forced to lie down," he says in the suit, while lamenting that his stature prevented him from having access to trailers where he could have invited a spouse.
Worse still, access to the showers would have been virtually impossible, so he could have taken only two in a year.
"It is not acceptable that a prisoner in the federal prison system is only allowed two showers a year," he complains in the civil suit.
Even access to the toilets would have been difficult, so Raymond was forced to "perform dangerous acrobatic feats to balance himself over his seat," he complains.
Hunger-strike According to the court document, the correctional services were aware of Raymond's precarious situation, but instead of transferring it, they were keeping him waiting. After several months, disappointed, Raymond then began a hunger strike of several days.
It took the intervention of a lawyer and several other months of waiting for Raymond to finally be transferred to places better suited to his strong stature.
Unless resolved amicably, the civil suit will be presented to a judge shortly. As the case is before the courts, Correctional Services Canada can not comment on the case.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police seized 91 kilograms of cocaine at the Port of Montreal, allegedly funded by a new suspected Hells Angels leader suspected by the police of pulling the strings of a lucrative organization of drug traffickers .
With a price of about $ 40,000 per kilo on the black market currently in the metropolis, the value of this seizure is $ 3.64 million. The drug was seized in a container loaded with a cargo of furniture in which was concealed the white powder, from Mexico.
Yesterday, two people were arrested in a furniture manufacturing plant on Chabanel Street in Montreal, we learned. They could eventually face charges, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) said.
Subterfuge
These arrests, conducted by the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit, follow the seizure of drugs by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). The date of this search could not be specified by the RCMP. According to our information, the RCMP used a subterfuge to get hold of those responsible for this important cocaine shipment.
After the container was intercepted by the CBSA, the bloodhounds replaced the illegal content with fake drug packages while hiding a cookie.
They then waited for the container to be picked up to pick up the suspects.
Mom Boucher's dolphin
According to our information, this important delivery of narcotics would have been financed by Mario Brouillette, formerly nicknamed " Mom Boucher's dolphin ".
Brouillette was the target of a search in the margins of the Objection drug investigation project in March 2018.
The police suspected him of being at the head of a drug trafficking network affiliated with several influential members of the Hells, a network that would have been well established in the Montreal area and on the North Shore.
However, no charges were laid against the man who, at age 23, became the youngest member in good standing in the history of the Hells in Quebec in 1995.
A seizure of this magnitude is not a first on the Port of Montreal side.
Last fall, the CBSA announced that it had seized more than 106 kg of cocaine concealed in a container of men's shirts found on board a ship from the Dominican Republic.
This week 350 Hells Angels from Germany, Holland and Britain attended the funeral of Schorsch (†58) in Bonn. The biker was a member of the "charter" Hannover. "Schorsch was a good guy. Because of his many travels, we called him Foreign Minister," said Hell's Angels boss Frank Hanebuth (54). He is said to have organized the memorial service. In Spain, he is being investigated for forming a criminal organization, money laundering and extortion. He is accused also of drug trafficking and human trafficking. Around the cemetery, the police showed increased presence. "Everything went peacefully. There were no violations, "said a spokesman for the police. "There was no traffic disruption, as the mourners arrived in smaller groups."
Finland has seen an explosion of OMG's in recent years.
We have now more biker gangs, but also quality of members is now worse than it was before. Some members of Cannonball MC don't even have motorcycles.
That seems to be the case in all of Europe. German biker gangs for instance are just recruiting roided-up rappers. The majority of them don't own a motorcycle either and neither are they truly hardcore criminals. They might sell a bit of drugs or beat someone up once in a while, but organized crime? Nah.

An old ex biker said "before the man carried his vest, but now it's the vest carrying the man". I translated it from Finnish, but he meant that old days the guys were tough, they didn't snitch or anything like that, nowadays MC:s have lot of junkies, snitches etc, because now it's important to spread as far as possible.
A turf war between the Hells Angels and the Bandidos escalated over the weekend in Switzerland. With iron bars, firearms and wooden slats, the bikers went on each other. Two persons were seriously injured and had to be taken to the hospital with gunshot or cut injuries. A total of 34 people were arrested and taken to a police station for further investigation.
that rhode island guy is fucked. they dont play the guns an drugs thing n the northeast. maybe he lucks out and gets 5yrs but he probaly has a record and will get 10 or better. sounds liuke he was found with the drugs and guns bad mix, well that sounds dumb. but he he couldnt say oh that my wifes gun ect.. them guys are deep around new england. just by my eye site. i drive alot at work
Two police brigades are in charge of this operation: the Regional Mixed North Shore Squad and the National Crime Suppression Squad (ENRCO).
The new generation"
According to our sources, David Lefebvre has become one of the most influential members of the Hells Angels chapter in Montreal.
He is part of the rising "new generation" of the Hells who have taken the lead in the band since recovering from Operation SharQc which resulted in the incarceration of almost all of its members in 2009.
David Lefebvre was released in 2014 after convicting himself of conspiracy for murder following his arrest in the crackdown.

Former leader of the Dutch Hells Angels, Lysander de R. (37), has founded a new motorcycle club from prison: the MC Hardliners. The logo of the new club is very similar to that of the Angels.
"We are not discouraged by the government and just continue," the former president said from the cell. The founding of the club can sharpen the relationships within the motorcycle world.
UTRECHT - The Utrecht court banned motor club Hells Angels on Wednesday. The Public Prosecution Service (OM) pulled out some 10 years ago with an earlier attempt to ban the originally American motorcycle club Hells Angels and is now trying again. According to the judiciary, the motorcycle club "glorifies and facilitates violence and other crimes, and maintains a culture that leads to violence over and over again.
However the Hells Angels will appeal against the verdict. I give them a decent chance of winning it, because it´s difficult to proof the violence is directed by the whole international club and not by individual members/chapters.
Thousands of Hells Angels bikers ride-out in Surrey and Sussex while marking the 50th anniversary of the motorcycle club in Britain
Police in Surrey and Sussex say that 34 bikers were arrested on suspicion of drug offenses and possession The Hells Angels bikers were taking part in a ride out to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the club in Britain Around 3,000 bikers were expected to attend the event, though police say less than planned actually came Seven appeared in court on Friday and were given suspended prison sentences, five others are still to appear
A court in Hamburg on Tuesday sentenced 28-year-old Arash T., a member of the Mongols MC, to life imprisonment. In August of last year he ordered the assassination of a leader of the Hells Angels in the Hamburg red-light district. That failed, the victim Dariusch "Dari" F. (38), became paralyzed from the waist down.
In the German city of Leipzig, four members of the Hells Angels were sentenced to life imprisonment on Tuesday because they opened fire in 2016 on a group of United Tribuns, resulting in one death and two seriously injured. According to the judges, together they had the plan to kill rivals.
So the Ruff Ryders got checked in by the Hells Angels. The weird thing about it, the RR are not an MC. Just peoples (some of them are street dudes) doing Bikes. They learn the rules of the bike world.

That looked more like political than being checked. Both groups were partying together. An RR did get Checked in by the HA back in the late 2000's, I believe it was in 08' or 09'. That video should still be up.
just watched the video of the police raiding the providence hells clubhouse what the fuck. why are the cops in camo. dressed like navy seals??? i thought police arnt surposed to do that? crazy video. looks like afghanistan or some shit. they shouldnt be allowed to look like soldiers in wars ujnless your a soldier in a war. just my opion

They look like they are going in for Bin Laden...the shots fired in the area part is interesting bit I highly doubt it was anyone shooting at Providence 81...
They went into the Providence club like that because there was a shot allegedly fired at someone from the clubhouse towards someone on the street. The word is Joe assaulted a former prospect. That's why they picked him up.
Pretty strange the providence leader is 28 seems like there's a lot of them down there. The guy in charge of my area is young to I think like 38ish
Its because Joe has the juice on the street. Stevie Lancia is his uncle and patch member. He owns a condo building in Providence where alot of the members take residency. I asked the same question way back when about how young he is to be a president. What I heard was he went after a rival gang from out of state. Tuned them up pretty good. And caught the attention of a major California chapter. So he's got huge backing.

Do you know anything else about this kid. I think it’s pretty wild that he’s only 28 and the president he must not fuck around.

Joe, it is in a way. But TBH, in my opinion, the Rhode Island chapter is thin. The Pagans are breathing down their necks here. The word I get about RI is that their stuck in the past. They're trying to get younger. However, whats crazy about Joe is that believe or not he comes from a very wealthy family. His family was in the styrofoam business. It makes you wonder why hes even bothering with this. But to answer your point, he's feared and respected. He's not a small kid. And the one thing people in the " know" say about him, is that he's someone who's " willing to go the distance".

Kid looks like he’s ready to go the distance lol got the Omerta tat on his head and all. And your right it is pretty crazy that he comes from a wealthy family. He must put in some serious work to be where he’s at at 28 I gotta respect it. And just wondering when you say they’re stuck in the past what do you mean by that...I’m not all that familiar with MC stuff.

I can only speak for RI. But the chapter in Providence has always been thin. And they've been stuck in their ways as far as inducting new members. I've been told the chapter members are older in age and Joe is trying to get new younger blood to match what the Pagans are doing in RI. They're gaining ground in the northern part of the state into MA.

Thanks for the info bro and I could be wrong but I heard somewhere that the outlaws have set up shop in Rhode Island too. Do those clubs all get along or do they get into it if they ever see each other. Rhode Island doesn’t seem like that big of a place to have 3 big name MC’s.

Yes they have set up shop here. I mention the Pagans because if you look at what happened last summer, the New Jersey chapter wanted to expand into RI. And they did by setting up the drug network. And that led to the big bust over the summer in Woonsocket . And I asked friends in the know and there wasn't a whiff of any 81 activity on wiretap. Which they thought was strange. But TBH I haven't heard much on the Outlaws.
There are established HA and Outlaws clubhouses in RI for a long time I think the Pagans thing was a new incursion last year. I dont think they have a clubhouse in RI?

Yes Outlaws are established. Pagans were new. The club that kid ran in Woonsocket was patched over to the Pagans. I was talking in relation to how the Angels in RI stack up again those other two.

Joe IMO, I'd say the HA. I don't know that to be fact. I say them for two reasons.1. The numbers that the Pagans had in RI were patched over from another MC. To me that doesn't entirely count. And 2. I know the Outlaws have a chapter here and might have the same number as the HA, but I don't hear enough about them. I know the numbers to be stronger in MA and CT.

Yea I figured that and what do the HA got going on in RI are they big drug pushers?
On Tuesday evening 52-year-old Errol Janssen. was arrested in Spain. He was a fugitive on a European warrant. Janssen is the president of the Rotterdam Hells Angels. The police suspect him of having shot dead the 60-year-old top criminal Karel Pronk on 7 August last year . According to the police, he was caught during a routine check by the Spanish police.

Yea for the most part drugs and guns. Again its such a small chapter here in RI. If you're talking other neighboring states its a different ball game. Joe's def actively trying to up the numbers. I know he just recently patched a few younger guys into the club.

Mexican cartels storm the Hells market It is difficult to assess whether this will be the prelude to a wave of violence
Éric Thibault ERIC THIBAULT Wednesday, 10 July 2019 01:00 UPDATE Wednesday, 10 July 2019 01:00 The dreaded Mexican cartels will soon be competing with Canada's Hells Angels and other criminal groups with their methamphetamine, an increasingly popular drug in the country.
This is a scenario envisioned by the Criminal Intelligence Service Canada (CISC) in its most recent analysis of the drug market this year.
The national police agency reports "a surge in methamphetamine trafficking and use in most parts of the country" over the past five years, but does not quantify this increase.
Important threat
Methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl are "the biggest threat" to the Canadian drug market because of their growing demand and "adverse effects," according to the report by Le Journal . In Canada, the methamphetamine clientele, known as "pinotle" or "speed", is mainly supplied by clandestine laboratories located in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec.
However, Mexican cartels have managed to gain control of this market in the United States, which "is now supplied mainly by Mexican super-labs," according to the SCRC.
These cartels are already at the origin of "almost all the cocaine" consumed in Quebec and in the rest of Canada.
"[Mexican] methamphetamine is likely to add to existing cocaine supply and trafficking routes, suggesting that Canadian organized crime groups will be facing increased competition," the organization said. under the RCMP.
It remains to be seen whether this would be done with or without violence. In Quebec, the Hells dominate this niche, but bikers also do business with Mexican cartels to import coke, according to police sources.
Separate company
Moreover, the speed market in Quebec is different from the rest of the country.
"Crystal or powder production is the norm in Western Canada and Ontario, but in Quebec up to [...] 95% of the methamphetamine on the market is in the form of tablets. ", Also passed in the Maritimes, says the SCRC.
This inexpensive drug is very popular with young people. In Quebec, a tablet that cost just a few cents to manufacture in clandestine laboratories in the province sells for around $ 5 on the street.
Sign that the production and trafficking of "meth" are profitable, the number of Canadian criminal groups involved in this drug has increased by 28% since 2015.
EXTRACTS FROM THE REPORT "The easy availability and manufacture of methamphetamine plays a big role in increasing the use of this drug. "
"Methamphetamine is now the third most seized controlled substance [in Canada], preceded by cannabis and cocaine. "
"Despite efforts to reduce the supply of methamphetamine, prices for the drug are generally declining across the country, making it even more appealing to consumers. "
"Total methamphetamine supply is likely to outpace domestic demand and organized crime will continue to export this substance ... to Australia and New Zealand [where] prices can be eight times higher than Canada's. "
The JdM is full of shit, they always try to make a scoop by saying that a war is coming. In the 90s, they did an error and say that a gang member killed another rival gang, almost making a war between teen street gang members, while the murder was from a member from the same group. Even the police told the JdM to slow it down.
When a bunker of the Hells was destroyed by a truck, the JdM made an article saying it was probably the Mongols trying to make a move in the province of Quebec, or maybe street gangs trying to attack the Hells, later we found out it was only a guy who was mad, because his girlfriend slept with an hells angels member.
When the Hells started to get out of prison, the JdM made many articles saying their would be a war between bikers and street gangs. That the street would be fuel of blood from those two groups. But we can see that they always worked together.
When Chenier one of the leader of the neg bo was killed, the JdM made an article about the Zoe Pound of Miami coming to help the haitian of Montreal against the bikers. Bullshit

I agree. So far there are not that many Mexicans living in Canada to make a difference. In other words they haven't got enough muscle in Canada.
Yeah they don’t have that muscle. And moving against the Hells angels in Quebec, for now its like moving against the alliance of bikers, mafia and gangs.
The JdM just want a war like the 90s, because a war its good for the newspaper buisness.
The JdM always have news like the hells are on top of the mafia. The hells are mad against the mafia etc.
Portugal is suing 89 Hells Angels - including a Belgian - after raid at restaurant in Lisbon kv July 11, 2019 8:32 pm Source: Reuters, Ministerio Publico Portugal
The Portuguese authorities are suing 89 members of the motorcycle gang Hells Angels for their involvement in organized crime, attempted murder, robbery and drug trafficking. The public prosecutor's office is announcing this today. According to the public prosecutor, the Hells Angels in March 2018, armed with knives, axes and batons, committed a raid at restaurant Prior Velho in Loures, a municipality near Lisbon. About 20 Hells Angels got hit with members of 'Red & Gold' there. They would have links with motorcycle club 'Bandidos', the arch-enemies of the Hells Angels. The Hells Angels tried to kill four people there. Other people present were injured. The restaurant was completely destroyed during the attack. The raid took place in the context of a gang war over the control of illegal arms and drug trafficking.
The charges are the result of a lengthy investigation in which dozens of Hells Angels have already been arrested in Portugal and abroad. A Belgian Hells Angel was arrested in the Algarve last month due to his suspected involvement in the raid. He is suspected of attempted murder.
Of the 89 suspects, 37 are in custody, five are in electronic custody at home and two of them are in jail in Germany, waiting to be extradited to Portugal. The bikers are also charged with extortion and illegal possession of weapons.
The Hells Angels Motorcycle Club was founded in 1948 in the United States and has branches all over the world, including in Portugal since 2002.

Earl Noseworthy wants to prevent the state from confiscating these "offending property" which the Hells use as "a tool of intimidation to facilitate their crimes," prosecutor Pierre Goulet pleaded on Thursday.
"The police are doing a difficult job and it's their job to be called names by angry people. It was an unplanned and isolated act that has nothing to do with the Hells Angels, "said François Taddeo, the Ontario biker's lawyer.

The Court of Appeal dismisses the Hells Angels' request to recover their bunker
MONTREAL - The Quebec Court of Appeal refuses to interfere in the debate over the confiscation of the Hells Angels hideout in Sherbrooke. In a judgment rendered on Monday, the three judges indicated that they did not have jurisdiction and invited the appellants to follow the procedure provided by law.
In September 2017, Justice Carol Cohen of the Superior Court of Quebec ordered the confiscation of the Hells Angels hideout in Sherbrooke and surrounding lands as offending property. The entire confiscated item includes five land lots.
The Court of Appeal stated that the shareholders and directors of the company owning the "bunker", Richard Rousseau, Guy Auclair and Georges Beaulieu, identified as members in good standing of the Hells Angels, must submit a written request directly to Justice Cohen who ordered confiscation if they believe that the property seized should be returned to them.
The three judges note that the appellants "never attempted to provide the required proof" of their right to recover the confiscated property. They even said "do not want to file any additional evidence" in this sense, writes the Court of Appeal.
If no interested third party succeeds in demonstrating the validity of its right over the confiscated properties, the Attorney General of Quebec, and therefore the State, will inherit it.
In one of the nationwide largest biker trials, the Berlin district court has sentenced eight of the ten Hells Angels to life imprisonment. Seven of them were found guilty on Tuesday of the joint murder of a man in a betting shop in 2014.
Hells Angels in Frankfurt: Rockers follow their own laws Ulrich Weihby
The Hells Angels in Frankfurt: In their extremely brutal power struggle rockers do not shy away from murder, manslaughter or serious assault.
Frankfurt - Are the Hells Angels basically not completely harmless motorcycle freaks who drive on their heavy Harleys through the countryside and like to celebrate a party? At the end of 2011, a text appeared in the "Journal Frankfurt" summarizing the club activities of the Frankfurt rockers: "In addition, the two Frankfurt charters (local groups, editor's note) were also the starting point for crimes of great brutality. Manslaughter, severe rape of women, serious bodily injury, drug trafficking and prostitution were among them. "
The Hells Angels promptly requested a counter-statement and wrote: "This claim is false. It is not known that there has ever been a charge of gross rape of women against a member of the Charters Westend. "The rest remained undisputed. Remarkable.
Hells Angels in Frankfurt still active despite a ban Officially, the Hells Angels charter "Westend" and "Frankfurt" have been banned for years. The then Hessian Minister of the Interior Boris Rhein (CDU) had determined in November 2011 that the two clubs were difficult to reconcile with the criminal code in many respects. The former clubhouse on Mainzer Landstraße therefore had to be closed.
The old structures are likely to continue to exist despite the ban. The Hells Angels continue to control large parts of the red light district. And Frankfurt rocker greats still have a number of properties in the station district.
Although the typical Hells Angels cowls are no longer seen in public in public. Classic fields of activity such as the lucrative bouncer scene or the operation of numerous brothels should continue to be under the control of rockers .
Heavy Rocker War at the Hells Angels Wherever there is a lot of money, power and influence, bitter and hard-fought rivalries are not surprising. Two different camps can be distinguished: On the one hand are the traditionalists, so-called "Old Schooler". Hells Angels, who have been with us for a long time and for whom the code of honor of the group goes above and beyond.
On the other hand, the young savages, whose members very often have a migration background. Many of them are looking for fast money, luxury and prestige. They were led by Necati Arabaci for many years, but meanwhile he is said to have fled to Turkey because he is looking for a European arrest warrant.
"Schnitzel-Walter" against Aygün Mucuk For a long time there was also a tough fight for power in Frankfurt. The traditionalists are led by Walter Burkard, called "Schnitzel-Walter". He is president of the Frankfurt charter "Westend" and controls large parts of the red light district.
Aygün Mucuk. It comes to tangible arguments about who has the say in the clubs. On July 2, 2014, Mucuk and around 40 of his cronies storm the Katana Club in Frankfurt's financial district - a store that "Schnitzel-Walter" also wants to control. On Mucuk is shot, a bullet pierced his upper body, the heart just missed. He survives with good luck. Four more people from the rocker milieu are seriously injured.
In Frankfurt club members fight each other, shoot Angels on Angels - actually a no-go for rockers. The American headquarters of the Hells Angels comes in and tries to make a truce: The Turkish offshoot around Aygün Mucuk gets in November 2014 its own charter in Giessen. Are the rival rockers out of the way now ?
"Talk among men" escalates But there can be no question of harmony. At the beginning of March 2016 there will once again be a crisis talk between Angels members. Place of discussion: the Steigenberger Airport Hotel at Frankfurt Airport. And again, the two two rocker groups face each other irreconcilably:
Here "Schnitzel-Walter" as president of the charter "Westend" and his vice president and confidant Horst R. Dort Munir H. and Ugur Y. Also present, as a kind of mediator, Aygün Mucuk.
The planned peace agreement ends after a few minutes in a violent dispute, with a head butt Munir Horst R. breaks his nose. In the milieu one speaks of a so-called "Glasgow Kiss" - and that against the vice of the most powerful charter far and wide. A headache with consequences: Ugrur and Munir and Ugur fly out of the club, they are considered by the Hells Angels as "out in bad standing", in German: The two are now outlaw.
Hells Angels: Gunfight at Stoltze-Platz in Frankfurt On the day of Ascension Day, ie May 5, 2016, the outcasts will meet again by chance with members of the Hells Angels. Munir H. demonstratively drives past the white Mercedes SUV at Stoltze-Platz, where Hell's Angels are also sitting in the helium bar. He is said to have provoked the rockers with gestures, they say. Then shots are fired, in broad daylight on a busy square in the city center of Frankfurt.
Munir H. is injured on kidney, liver, lung and upper arm. His cousin and co-driver Emir H. hits a bullet in the leg. The two marksmen flee head over heels. One of them, Athanasios A., can soon be arrested in Romania. The second rocker is still on the run.
Execution of a controversial rocker On 7 October 2016, the president of the charter casting, Aygün Mucuk in front of the clubhouse from close range with 17 shots literally executed. Thus, the disputes over the 45-year-old rebellious rocker boss come to a brutal end. The perpetrators are still on the run.
The funeral and funeral of Mucuk will be attended by around 1200 participants. Observers carefully notice who does not appear or clearly holds back. Even though Mucuk was stubbornly controversial with Hells Angels, the scene seems a bit perplexed: How will the balance of power now be sorted out?
The feared act of revenge, however, remains for the time being. The controversial charter casting continues.
Meanwhile, a new charter has been set up in Frankfurt: The Hells Angels of the region have joined together to form the "South West Area", official opening is on 19 March 2016. The clubhouse, the Angels Place is located in Frankfurt-Höchst . Many members are old acquaintances from the forbidden charters "Westend" and "Frankfurt".
Finally, in March 2018, the ruling on the shooting at Stoltze-Platz was pronounced at Frankfurt district court. Athanasios A. is sentenced to ten years and three months in prison . The judges accuse him of attempted murder, attempted manslaughter, dangerous bodily injury and violation of the weapons law.
The court finds it proven that A. "shot in revenge and for honor" on the former club members. The accused and his group had practiced vigilanteism and were part of a parallel society that consciously broke rules and lived according to their own laws.
The condemned man himself takes the verdict with emphasis, and experiences demonstrative support from the audience benches.
The revision of the convicted person fails . Nevertheless, the lawyers of the Hells Angels want to go to the next instance: "We will appeal the verdict to the Federal Supreme Court," say lawyers Manuel Mayer and Michael Oberwinder. The defense has pleaded for acquittal for self-defense.
Normally, clashes for supremacy in the rocker milieu take place in secret. The scene wants to pursue their business in peace, too much public attention bothers there rather. The State Criminal Police Office currently speaks of 28 rocker clubs with a total of 400 members in Hesse. There would be no significant changes or new club foundations. This suggests that the Hells Angels are still firmly in control in Frankfurt and their rivals in Hesse currently have no chance. So everything the old in Frankfurt. But that will not last forever.
It is striking that there has been a strong ethnic orientation within the clubs. An example of this was the clashes surrounding Aygün Mucuk. In addition to the Turkish charters, groups like the Ottomans, who are not only Turkish but also heavily nationalist, are now pushing forward. You are facing the Kurdish Association Bahoz. The fight for supremacy in the criminal milieu does not end.
After a raid against the "Ottoman Germania BC" in Hesse, Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia in June 2017, there were eight charges against members of the Ottomans. Allegation: Attempted murder, attempted manslaughter, predatory extortion, dangerous bodily injury, forced prostitution, pimping - in addition to "minor offenses" such as money laundering, document forgery, and drug trafficking. The well-known but lucrative business model.
Oakland is the mother charter world wide even more powerful charters in for example Germany, Holland, Canada or Australia have to answer to Northern California.
A little correction, The San Bernardino charter (also called "Berdoo") was the Mother Charter and still exists, although most of its original members at one time moved northwards to Oakland. This removal is probably the reason why many outsiders wrongly describe Oakland as the Mother Charter of Hells Angels MC World.

Ok got ya so who is the number one shot called out of the HA in California?

That would be the American National President or the International President, but current leadership of HA, Bandidos as well as the Outlaws is not really clear to me.

You are completely wrong when describing the hierarchy of the Hells Angels, there has never been a national or international president of the Hells Angels. Some members, like Sonny Barger, have been more influential than others and he was definitely a first among equals for a long time, but he was never a national or international president because that position has never existed. Some chapters, like Oakland, are more powerful than others, but no chapter in the US or worldwide has never had to answer to another chapter, not even Oakland. Each chapter is technically autonomous. The Hells Angels are set up differently than the Outlaws, Pagans, etc. A bare minimum of research on the internet would bear that out.
I didn't say Barger was the National President and I agree the charters operate autonomous. But in the end every charter has officially been recognized by the Americans as a charter of the Hells Angels.
Otto Friedli for a time was San Bernardino Chapter President and the National President. In Canada there have also been several national presidents.
Video of Mom Boucher recently, anyone know why HA voted him out of HA. Also opinion in the streets regarding him and his close relationship with Rizzuto
Wow, this is another indication of the links between HA in Canada and Haitians. It’s hard to deny that Haitians were attacking Rizzuto, curious if it will come out same with Musitano & Luppino. If so what HA in Canada would think this is smart. When you get the backing of the Government, Cops and Power Elite in Canada, and a tool like the Charbonneau Commission sure. But picking a fight like this, is going to require discussions and votes. Also, once it starts it’s not over till it’s over, I feel they underestimated that in Rizzuto, which is crazy to believe.
These relationships allow for the seamless movement and acquisition of sex slaves (women and children), it’s quite sick and distributing. C

The Spanish Civil Guard and the tax authorities have arrested six Hells Angels in Tenerife on suspicion of drug trafficking, company extortion and enforced control over brothel security. The suspects are two Germans, a Pole, a French, a Serb and a Spaniard. They all have a substantial criminal record.
Pink Panthers An international arrest warrant had been issued by the Belgrade authorities against the Serb. He is said to be a leader within the Pink Panthers crime organization: an internationally operating gang of jewel thieves with roots in the Balkans.
The wanted Serb was arrested while guarding one of the Hells Angels' cannabis farms in Tenerife. In addition to various cannabis plantations and drug trafficking, the six are also suspected of blackmailing various companies, such as tattoo shops and controlling the security of brothels.
The criminal investigation into the members began in September 2019.
The court in Arnhem will appeal on Wednesday on the ban of motorcycle club Hells Angels. The court in Utrecht ruled last year that the club in the Netherlands must be dissolved, because it is a threat to public order. According to the court, the Angels have a culture of violence.
The Public Prosecution Service launched a civil offensive a few years ago to get so-called Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) banned in the Netherlands. Fourteen years ago, the judiciary launched the attack on the Hells Angels. At the time, she did not succeed in getting various departments of the club banned by court.
The club has appealed against last year's court decision. The judge ruled that the prohibition and dissolution of the club were effective immediately, but the court put a stop to this. The decision of the court must be awaited.
On behalf of the Angels, lawyer Geert-Jan Knoops has argued at the court that there is no association and that it therefore cannot be prohibited. Hells Angels motorcycle club was founded in the United States in 1948 by mainly former soldiers. About forty years ago the club also became active in the Netherlands.
In addition to those against the Hells Angels, there are still proceedings against clubs such as Satudarah, Bandidos and No Surrender. These are in different stages. For example, the Supreme Court has yet to pronounce on the ban on Satudarah. Earlier this year, the council ratified the ban on the Bandidos, but the local chapters may continue to exist. The highest court will rule on the ban on No Surrender on December 4.
German police have arrested a man for involvement in a shooting in which a 32-year-old man died on Saturday in the border town of Alsdorf, near Kerkrade. The victim is said to be a member of the Red Devils, a support club of the Hells Angels that is also active in Limburg. The suspected weapon has also been found. The 32-year-old victim was shot on Saturday evening on the Übacher Weg in Alsdorf (near Aachen) after an argument between several people and died in hospital from his injuries. The German police are investigating whether there may be a personal conflict or violence between outlaw motorcycle clubs. A shooting also took place in Hückelhoven (about 25 km from Alsdorf) on Sunday evening. Two people were seriously injured. The German police are looking for three suspects. The motive is still unclear. In recent years there have been a feud between motorcycle clubs Bandidos and Red Devils.

Not really related to anything but a funny story is the one where in the late 60s in Oakland Sonny barger offered a cop a deal that for every Black Panther they killed for the PD, an Angel would get his drivers license back.
Who knows how tongue in cheek he was being but it's so absurd you'd think it was a line out of Casino or the Sopranos. Like when Chrissy kills that waiter with a brick and when they guy starts having a seizure all Chrissy can say is, "dont these assholes have medication they're supposed to take?". Lol
Guy at the 2min mark is Walter Stadnik he was a Nomad and National President, he is from Hamilton and returned to Hamilton in June 2014 after 10 plus years in prison.
One of the best 60s videos of them. I like Hunter's book and can appreciate his writing, but never liked him. Always thought he was a jerkoff.
That Angel, Skip Workman left the club long ago and went back to Massachusetts. Barger said in his first book something like veteran cops used to take rookies to his house, send them alone to the door and have them tell Workman he was under arrest to watch the rookie get punched in the face.
Who knows, but if it's TRUE, what a radically different world that was.
A prominent member of the Hells Angels in Oberhausen is wanted by German police for a grisly murder of a former club member. He was murdered in 2014 and found cut to pieces in the Rhine near Duisburg. It concerns the German-Iranian Hells Angel Ramin Yektaparast (33), who is hiding in the Iranian capital Tehran.
From Tehran, the ex-president of the Hells Angels in Oberhausen posts provocative photos on Instagram, defying the German authorities. Yektaparast is one of the most wanted murder suspects in the North Rhine-Westphalia region. Since there is no extradition treaty with Iran, he cannot be arrested or extradited in the country at the request of the German police and justice.
Ramin Yektaparast was born in Mönchengladbach and is a former president of the Cologne Bandidos. From a young age he had a big finger in the pie in the red light district and the doorman scene in Leverkusen.
Not long after, Ramin Yektaparast switched from the Bandidos to the Hells Angels in Oberhausen, of which he became president. He probably switched because the Bandidos were banned in the North Rhine-Westphalia region in April 2012. In February 2014, Yektaparast was suspected of the murder of club member Kai M., who was considered a spy (undercover agent). M. was murdered and dismembered.
The suspicion that Yektaparast was involved in this murder was based on the so-called 'Filthy-Few' tattoo, which he had put on shortly after the disappearance of Kai M. and which a Hells Angel should only wear if he has killed someone. Not much later, however, he was released again.
Youtube has a longer video on just the cow Palace night. Awesome vid.
Evel had more balls then any Hells Angel..That guy literally broke almost every bone in his body
Balls? Ummm ok.
I broke bones in two separate dirt bike crashes as a teenager. I'm in my 40s now and the pain is with me everyday. Ain't got nothing to do with having balls.
Evel also ended up a drug addict because of his wrecks. Too bad there's never been a big budget movie about him. We'll never see anything like him again, that's for sure.

Last week 's wild shooting on the street in Duisburg, in which four people were injured, was caused by a conflict within the local Hells Angels, German media reported . Immediately after the shooting, police arrested 15 people.
There was a gathering that evening of members of the Hells Angels and of a group of people of Lebanese descent. Focus writes that a Lebanese member of the Hells Angels was angry about his expulsion from the club. He had demanded a meeting with the president of the Duisburg chapter. That meeting escalated after a few minutes. Several people opened fire at one point.
The man is said to have been kicked out of the club because he allegedly gave information to the detectives about a 'brother' and also mentioned some Hells Angels members by name. That is a violation of the Hells Angels code. According to Focus, the Angels president had brought parts of the police investigation file to the meeting as evidence.
It is not yet clear who has been arrested. Police suspect the suspects of attempted murder.
The injured are not in life-threatening condition.
The shooting that took place on Saturday evening in Geneva originated in a conflict of territory and commercial interests between the Hells Angels and the Bandidos, according to information from RTS. The biker community fears reprisals. It's a scene you rarely see in Switzerland. Saturday evening, shortly after midnight, in Geneva, shots were exchanged in a crowded bar in the city center. The altercation pitted members of two motorcycle gangs against each other: the Hells Angels on one side, and the Bandidos on the other. An investigation has been opened by the Public Ministry, which does not comment further.
Supreme Court confirms: Hells Angels motorcycle club remains banned The ban on Hells Angels organizations in the Netherlands remains in place. The Supreme Court will rule on this Friday. With this ruling, the motorcycle club has been definitively banned and dissolved, there is no longer any appeal.
Domestic editors 07-15-22, 11:34 Last update: 12:50 The court in Arnhem had confirmed the ban on motorcycle club Hells Angels pronounced by the court at the end of 2020, and the Supreme Court is now also doing so. The club's activities are contrary to public order, a ban is necessary, the court ruled at the time.
The civil case against the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club Holland was brought by the Public Prosecution Service as part of the widely deployed civil battle against the so-called Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) in the Netherlands. According to the Public Prosecution Service, the motorcycle club 'glorifies and facilitates' violence and other crimes. Several clubs have been banned in recent years.
The Hells Angels are by far the oldest motorcycle club in the Netherlands. The ban also means that Hells Angels are no longer allowed to wear their 'colors' (club clothing) in public and the separate departments can no longer use the name.

Hells Angels feel strengthened by legal battle with government' photo: AP Tue 27 June 07:00 5 minutes The legal battle with the government in which the banned motorcycle club Hells Angels is involved makes members feel more strongly connected to their club. That is the conclusion of researchers Teun van Ruitenburg and Sjoukje van Deuren after discussions with the Hells Angels. Ranks and positions within the club also play a much smaller role than they thought, they say in Het Misdaadbureau .
#24 - The Crime Bureau: 'Hells Angels Are Unstoppable, They Are Forever' (S02)
"If you are a Hells Angel, you will remain so forever. The members have made that very clear," says Van Ruitenburg, affiliated with the Netherlands Institute for the Study of Crime and Law Enforcement. "They say, 'Whether I wear my colors or not, I am who I am and my way of life is to be a Hells Angel.'"
"We said: we can imagine that because of the legal battle, you are done with it. But we do not see that at all with the members we spoke to," adds Van Deuren of VU University Amsterdam. "One of the members said: This witch hunt makes me feel empowered in being a Hells Angel."
The harsh approach of the government therefore creates more solidarity, conclude Van Ruitenburg and Van Deuren, who spoke to 24 active members of the club. "Certainly with the current members, we do not see that the government's approach leads to them quitting. The situation is different with new members, by the way," says Van Deuren.
'Not as hierarchical as thought' The researchers also noticed that all kinds of people are members of the motorcycle club. Van Deuren: "We spoke to 24 completely different members. All men, because women are officially not allowed to become members. I thought beforehand: the Hells Angel has tattoos and is a bit more muscular. We also encountered those people, but it was super different. "
The members are also almost equal to each other, says Van Ruitenburg. "We also spoke to people with a certain role within the club, such as a road captain and a president. As an outsider you may think: the president is the boss. But internally it is flat, the roles are all equal, but fulfill they only have a certain function."
In this way, the president functions as a kind of billboard, says Van Ruitenburg. "He maintains contact with other clubs and with the outside world. It's not like the president is in charge, he's equal to all the other members. So it's not as hierarchical as you might think. We've really learned that. "
Sam Cutler, the Rolling Stones’s 1969 tour manager who disastrously hired Hells Angels for security – obituary
Introducing the band, Cutler promised the 300,000-strong crowd “the greatest party of 1969”. Instead the Angels, armed with guns and pool cues and high on beer and bad LSD, turned it into an orgy of violence, culminating in a young black man, Meredith Hunter, being stabbed and kicked to death by the Angels a few yards from where the Stones were performing.
This sound like Hunter was not to blame but he draw a fucking gun.
I'm a MASSIVE Stones fan. I've read a TON about Altamont. You'll never get the truth from any short articles, you have to read entire books on the event. If assigning blame I'd put it like this:
1. The Stones 2. The Stones 3. The Stones 4. Individuals in the crowd 5. The Stones

Always wonder who were the most powerful, most influential and richest HAs of Canada. Those from Quebec or those fro
I think Quebec and British Columbia may be a tie when it comes to being rich and influential. It's clear that both BC and Quebec chapters in their respective provinces have an iron grip on the drug trade, have major international connections and have been able to pervasively infiltrate legal economies.
Chapters in other provinces seem to fall under the influence of the BC and Quebec guys. Many busts that involve Toronto HA's seem to show links to the Calabrians, which indicates that the influence of the Ndrangheta in the GTA is no small matter.
In other major cities like for instance Winnipeg the HA's seem to keep their head down most of the time and are content to leave most of the blue collar rackets like the drug trafficking, prostitution and extortion to the Native American gangs.
Generally speaking, when it comes to outlaw motorcycle gangs and organized crime, nowhere are the clubs as influential as they are in Canada and Australia. The difference is that the outlaw biker scene in Canada is basically a solo show for the Hells Angels while in Australia the influence is more divided between Hells Angels, Comancheros and Rebels (all of whose reach extent way into New Zealand).

Hells Angels members sentenced in fatal Bronx shooting: DA NEW YORK (PIX11) – Members of the notorious biker group The Hells Angels have been sentenced to prison for killing one man and wounding another man in a...
Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced Jan. 5 that two members of Hell Angels were sentenced to prison for a 2020 shooting in the Allerton area of The Bronx that left one member of the Pagans motorcycle gang dead and another wounded.
Reacting to the sentencing, Clark said, “The defendants shot the victims in retaliation for a shooting outside the Hell’ Angels headquarters four months earlier. The defendants carried out this violence in a residential area, near a busy intersection in broad daylight. They pleaded guilty and now will serve time in prison.”
A vicious biker gang is aggressively expanding its turf in the Big Apple, warns a former Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent who infiltrated the group.
“Pagans are riding the streets of New York City today, flying their colors,” ex-ATF agent Ken Croke, 54, who spent two years undercover with the gang, told The Post. “There are s–tloads of Pagans running around, actively recruiting and have been for years.”
He chronicles his harrowing covert experiences a decade ago in the new book, “Riding with Evil: Taking Down the Notorious Pagan Motorcycle Gang,” co-authored with Dave Wedge.
Has anybody read Ken Crokes' book ? If so,what is your take ? Do you feel it's worth buying ?
I wouldn't pay over $5 for it. I'm sure the true story is really interesting but it's pretty terribly written. One of the pagans heavily featured, his daughter has publicly come out against that agent. If anything she says is true that guy loses a lot of credibility.
Still can't believe they let him in and couldn't figure him out, in this day and age.

Thanks for the feedback alice. I think it's kind of funny that Hogman's daughter also talks about her being a Crip. What a family !! Having said that, I think she was pretty much telling the truth about a lot of what Croke claimed.

I am really interested on how this one will play out. To get guys from Canada to agree to cross the border to commit murder takes some convincing, especially with the sentencing guidelines in the US compared to Canada. I believe he offered 300k or something like that maybe a little less? That's not a lot to cross into the US, commit murder, and pray you didn't make one mistake that can lead authorities back to you.
Public Prosecution Service demands up to 7 years in prison on appeal in drug case involving civilian infiltrator February 11, 2024
On Friday, the Public Prosecution Service demanded prison sentences of up to seven years against thirteen suspects in the international drug case Vidar. The Public Prosecution Service accuses them of participating in a criminal organization, exporting 86 kilos of amphetamine to Finland and making preparations for the export of 30 kilos of amphetamine to Denmark and 300 kilos of cocaine to Australia. They are also accused of money laundering and possession of weapons. A total of fourteen suspects are on trial on appeal. The sentence against one suspect is expected on February 19.
On April 20, 2018, the police and the judiciary started an investigation into the possible involvement of members of the Hells Angels North Coast in Harlingen in the international trade in hard drugs. The investigation started with a suspicion against a member of the Red Devils Leeuwarden, a support club of the Hells Angels. The main question in the research was whether or not members of Hells Angels in the Northern Netherlands are involved in international drug trafficking. According to the Public Prosecution Service, the investigation shows that the prosecuted members are indeed suspected of this.
The case received a lot of publicity because the police deployed a criminal civilian infiltrator . In August 2022, the Northern Netherlands court ruled that the use of a criminal civilian infiltrator in the Vidar drugs case is lawful .
Due to the efforts of the criminal civilian infiltrator and the many statements he made, it was ultimately demonstrated that a prominent member of Hells Angels Harlingen was involved in the international drug trade and that a member of Hells Angels Finland participated in the criminal organization that promoted the drug trade. and transferred sums of money from Finland to the Netherlands.
