The Chin’s nephew is opening up a restaurant in Eastchester called Gigante’s.

What Nephew ?

Seems to be Louis Gigante, Jr who also owns a place called Mulino’s.

I always thought that the owner of Mulinos was a guy by the name of Lou Pipolo Jr who was somehow related to Chin.
