Chicago Outfit 1986 - 1992 Chart - 03/20/18 08:17 PM

Whats up fellas?! Im back with another project but this time its not a story but instead its a chart regarding the Outfit's structure during the late 1980's and early 90's. The main reason for which I chose this timeline is that the few top guys such as Tony Accardo or Joey Aiuppa were the last of the Mohicans at the time, who witnessed the lucrative Prohibition era and possibly stood close to Capone. As for the other fellas such as Gus Alex, Pat Marciano aka Marcy and Lenny Patrick, well they obviously lived through the era when the Outfit saw its better days. In addition, the chart doesnt include all the members but instead only the ones who went through my mind at the time smile (click on the photo and then zoom)

When did the outfit bail on LA? Or were they there to the end? Are they still there?

Is Lee Magnaficchi Mikey Mags father?... Also I've been waiting to hea anything about certain people lately like what's been up with Toots son Frankie Jr... And Jimmy Marcello son Rocky and Lou Marino son Dino isn't there a lot guys kids in Chicago that followed them or I must just have all my notes messed up.... I didn't think there was much left in LA other then Chris Spina out in San Diego and Rick and Ralph Rizzolo out in Vegas...I remember seeing Johnny Fratto picking Joey Merlino up at the airport on tmz or something like that couple years back.

@Oaksfan i think that the Outfits connections ended or began crumbling down since the moment they allegedly no more sat on the commissio

@Cookcounty thanks and there is a chart still in the workings which streaches from the 1920s until present times.

@Sonny yes Lee was Mikes father. As for todays South Side crew, one poster said that they were finished since thetes not even one single case or maybe they went semi-legit and are swimming under the radar. On who are the younger guys on the streets these days I really dont know, maybe other posters who are currently living there can answer your question

I just googled Ralph Rizzolo.

Here's a threatening letter he wrote to former Vegas councilman Steve Miller:

Rizzolo lives in Orange County, CA I believe. Joey Hansen was living in Huntington Beach until his death in 2003. Sam Sarcinelli was heaving in drug trafficking in Los Angeles during the 80s until his imprisonment. Now he is an invested in pole Katz strip club and lives in the South Suburbs. Chris Petti was the California rep until his death in 2005 or 2006. He was based out of San Diego. Another Outfit guy based in Los Angeles is Anthony Pellicano. He is finishing up hard time at Terminal Island and gets released within a year. If there is any representative it is Rizzolo. Chicago never lost its seat on the commission. The commission was disbanded. They have a New York one that is for only that area.

When did Chris Spina move out to San Diego? Did not hear this. If he did, I’m sure it’s for retirement

I had read somewhere that Chris Spina went out to San Diego after Petti passed away.... I used to live in Ocean Beach for a couple years and I could never find anywhere where Chris Petti hung out at or ate dinner at I tried to find out which part of San Diego he was in but never amounted to much they weren't very mob friendly out there or didn't care to know it seemed like.

He lived in Chula Vista. He hung out in Little Italy in the 70s with FRank Bomp. No that’s sure where he hung out before he died if he hung out anywhere.

Do you guys think that Spina is still Vena's top guy or maybe someone close to him?

Re: Chicago Outfit 1986 - 1992 Chart - 03/22/18 01:17 PM

I'm pretty sure Chris Spina is back in Chicago now and I'm almost certain he caught some aggression for his cousin being a piece of shit. Haven't heard much since it all unfolded but that Jeff Hollingshead and his girlfriend really fucked some shit up in and around Chicago a year or two ago

Some sources has Vena as the current Outfit's street boss by still having control over the Grand Av crew. Thats why I asked if Spina still holds some high position within the group

I'm pretty sure Albie holds court at Richards Bar unless he's moved operations to another location

It seems the he together with Solly D (top boss), Cataudella (underboss) and possibly Inendino are running the current Outfit

Re: Chicago Outfit 1986 - 1992 Chart - 03/22/18 06:30 PM

I'm waiting to see what comes about with this new FBI guy in Chicago now Jeff Sallet or something like that he's claiming to go after Vena and these guys that have been under radar for sometime now....I seen recently Pudgy Matassa got mixed up in a union thing....Albie is flirting with disaster with his ties to Bobby Pinozzo... Michael Sarno won't be out anytime soon...Jimmy Inendino and Sal Cataudella mite have some trouble there way in due time....This FBI guythreatened to go after Joe Andriacci who is really up there in age with DiFronzo....haven't heard much about Marco D'Amico recently since Solly D and Cataudella stepped up.

Re: Chicago Outfit 1986 - 1992 Chart - 03/27/18 02:57 PM

I had heard about this new FBI agent wanting to make some noise for the Outfit. I'm just curious as to what charges could he possibly bring up on John DiFronzo and Joe Andriacchi. Although it's been said that these two gentlemen are only involved in major decisions or sit downs, I'm not exactly sure as to how active they are these days.

Re: Chicago Outfit 1986 - 1992 Chart - 03/27/18 03:12 PM

Ya I curious about what charges also....DiFronzo is basically in and out of the picture pushing 90 years old these days....he is still around for mediating decisions like you said also as wel he has two younger brothers Greedy Pete who has involve the in Elmwood Park and his other brother Joseph who goes by Joe Wong I think had a drug charge some years back but neither brothers are anything potential wise to John....there is the Litte Tony Zizzo murder that's still unsolved that has Michael Sarno name all over it they were obviously feuding at the time of Zizzo disappearance...Andriacci has done fine job staying under the radar in my opinion I think this Agent Sallet has a personal thing to get these older guys based on his portfolio as an FBI agent said he has some very big investigations under his belt that isn't go well for the Mafia in other major cities he's worked in before he came to Chicago .... All in all time will tell I guess and will all see what happens
