Vincent Asaro gets 8 years for road rage

He gets cut off in traffic so he hunts the guy down and has his car torched. Fucking hell he is 82 years old and is most likely going to die in prison over a fucking road rage incident.

Its crazy your lawyer and the da can make a agreement a plea of i think it was 46 to 60 months but before the judge sentences asoro they say well hes a life long criminal who got away with all this other shit. Then the judge says yaeh heres a extra 40 months ontop of the recommended 50 months deal.

I didn't know torching a car was so serious in the US. In my country it would only mean a few months in prison.

yaeh its a bad crime in the usa. your basically putting the fire fighters lives in danger but this was a car i cant even think how it became a federal case. it must be cause he used bonanno family associates? i dont no. usally if you burn a bar down for the issurance yaeh you get smoked.
