It says in the picture caption that he testified against someone. How is he hanging out with drug traffickers after that?

Popeye is like the the young boys that killed for cutolo and get 30 y and after went out was killed because tried to turn in the crime. Maybe Popeye asked Mesa called the modern pablo escobar to serve the new patròn.

la quicka in narcos was a evil character i forgot who popeye was on the show and if you google it its all the actors from the show or its in spanish.

yep there wasnt furio they just did like goodfellas did. jimmy conway was jimmy burke. they switched names to avoid law suits

did the hitman from the cocaine cowboys docs get freed the guy from chicago who did tons of hits for the godmother? his name was javy or something

His name is Jorge "Rivi" Ayala and no,he get life and let that the godmather case end bad (I don't remember how) so the feds won't let him go out prison except in a dead bag.

Yes but Limòn and la Quica are the nicknames of real people and I don't remember a character that look like popeye but it just my opinion.
