That happens as well. In the Netherlands you have the single rooms, escort services, online hookers, and street hookers. The single room idea stems from the fact that girls are registered and have access to good care and can be watched by the government.

It's not about legalisation, it's about strategy and efforts. I believe government legalising is more effective than outlawing a particular activity

I agree, they should go after the human traffickers, don't criminalize the women they are victims.
