Yes. Ernesto is the brother of the deceased mother of the three Commisso brothers.
Giovanni (Johnny) and Raimondo (Raymond) are first cousins to the aforementioned brothers.

As an aside, I am fairly confident that when Vittorio Mirarchi flew in to Toronto on October 25, 2011 for a short meeting with someone at a Yorkville restaurant before leaving to fly back to Montreal, the restaurant was one of which Raymond is a co-owner.
As another aside, a relative of Vito Rizzuto's wife recently celebrated at said restaurant, along with their spouse, on the occasion of the spouse's birthday. Over the summer, a number of Rizzuto's wife's relatives from the Montreal area were in the GTA for a wedding reception.
