Love or Honor by Joan Barthel

Just read this book about uncover NYPD Chris Anastos who was sent to infiltrate Greek organized crime but ended up infiltrating the Italians and falling in love with a daughter of a capo. Thought it was good but it sounds like many names and places were changed to protect the investigation. It was written almost 30 years ago so I was hoping for a updated epilogue but there wasn't. Anyone know who the daughter of the capo is? Or who the capo was? Says that there was no organized Greek mob in NYC but I always thought there was one.
