Do you mean perfect health?

The first one that comes to mind is Tommy "Three Finger Brown" Lucchese. He was missing some digits but It was from an accident. He wasn't born that way. I would count it as a disability though.

If mild mental retardation counts then this could be a long thread.

Im agree with you on that Moe.But I refer only in mobster with physical disability, not mental (tge hump for Liggio and Riccobene for example).

Among Italian mobsters, Stefano Radosta from Burgio in the Agrigento province in Sicily, had been wounded during the 80s and lost the ability to move without the wheelchair, but continued to be in charge until he was killed in 1992.
For the 'ndrangheta, Francesco Pelle (aka "Ciccio Pakistan") was also paralyzed in a 2006 shooting, yet continued to give orders, to the point he is now serving a life sentence I think (although I read last year his case was ordered to be reviewed for a new trial, but I didn't read anything about him being released).

Scars aren't really disabling though, unless they affect his confidence.

In which case, include Al Capone and Lucky Luciano.

Dude was 70.

You think Carlo Gambino was bringing chicks to multiple orgasms?

You think Fat Tony Salerno was banging three Asian broads at the same time?

You think Neil Dellacroce was satisfying the ladies like Lexington Steele?

Come on dude...

Guy isn't around to defend his reputation.

Bill Cutulo was missing fingers.

I agree on Big Paulie. A limp dick isn't a disability. Especially pre-viagra. Nowadays the guy would be taking Cialis.

The guy that got paralysed during the 3 capos hit (although technically he wasn't disabled when active as a mobster)

Can't remember his name but some capo who ended up in a wheelchair due to a gun fight I think- they had to wheel him over to finish someone off
