His capture is pretty big! Giulio Perrone had gone missing in 1994. He was considered a prominent element of a criminal organization, active in the eighties/nineties, dedicated to the import of large quantities of cocaine from Germany on behalf of the Mazzarella, Formicola, Polverino and Tolomelli clans.

They found him thanks to his false identity on facebook, Xavier Garcia Galiero. Galiero is the real last name of the mother with whom he lived in Tampico, in the State of Tamaulipas (Mexico), a stronghold of the major Mexican drug traffickers cartels, where he had rebuilt a life, with a new name, new wife and Mexican children.Perrone had to serve a 22 y sentence for drug traffick.

Ps also in Naples was caught a baby gangs because after they robbed several commerciale activity write the thing on his Facebook Pages. For example a photo of the mask with a gun used in the robbery as an insulti to the police or write as job:shooter with a robber.

Was he a fugitive or still working for the Nrandgheta? I wonder what he thinks of the chaos in Mexico or is involved in any of it.

Edit:This isn't the first time the Nrandgheta and the Gulf Cartel have cooperted. In 2006 or so there was a meeting between them about cociane shipments. Maybe the Nrandgheta get some of their cocaine through the Gulf Cartel?

Is he Calabrian, or From Naples?

They mentioned a bunch of top Naples clans....

@ Hollander

You think the Zetas are behind all the coke in the Netherlands, or just a part of it?

I was reading old Borderland Beat articles, it said FARC is the biggest cocaine smuggler in the world. Controlling over 50% of Colombian coke. ( the two biggest Mexican cartels split the other 50%???)

But then you will read that the Zetas control 40% of the coke coming out of the Andes.

But then you will read that Sinaloa controls 30% of all Colombian coke exports...

Is it safe to say these three organizations are SHIPPING all the coke consumed worldwide?

Like, the Zetas are the main Calabrian partners, but Sinaloa has the supply line to Australia right?

But the Calabrians were also historically linked to the Colombian guerillas through Mancuso?

So they don't deal with FARC?

All these guys shipping through the Netherlands, AND Africa? Like are they all using the same routes? Or are some routes organizationally specific?

See these relationships is where I get kinda baffled, lol..

It's probably fair to say all narco groups are involved in Europe including the Cartel of the Suns. Madrid is the center of the South/Central Americans.

Cabrini check this article.
