Hispanic Gang prison Illinois. - 01/03/17 04:24 PM

In the prisons of states of illinois there is a racial segregation like for example in California in Texas or in Arizona.
And I would like to know if Hispanic gangs like Latin Kings, Latin Eagles, Maniac Latin Disciples, Spanish Gangster Disciples, La Raza and Surenos who have an increasingly strong presence in Illinois come together or each gang stays with the their.

From my understanding, Illinois prison politics is based on ( after 1978) on affiliations to the 5 or 6 not ethnicity. Therefore all ethnicities mix together and it comes down to who your membership lies with and surenos aren't a factor in illnois prison.

1. Surenos have no influence nor any other Cali based Hispanic gang in Illnois prison.

2. How are the Latinos numbers growing in prison? Do you have a source?
Again the Latino mobs are seperation by the 5 & 6 due to 30 year plus history of conflicts in the streets & prisons. Furthermore it's about the mob not ethnicity. All the Latino mobs have to some degree mixed ethnicities within their ranks.

3.AB offshoot is the main prison based gang in Illnois and probably some cliques.

Re: Hispanic Gang prison Illinois. - 01/04/17 06:36 PM

And do Hispanic gangs group together if they are Folk Nation or People?
Are there several Hispanic gangs in illinois prisons like in California with the Mexican Mafia and the Nuestra Familia for example?

Re: Hispanic Gang prison Illinois. - 01/04/17 07:45 PM

Latino mobs that are under the 5 are going to mingle together and vice versa for the Latino mobs under Folks.

The La Eme & Nuestra Familia question is confusing, what do you mean?
