Reckon Argentine's qualify for being made?

Some of the Argentine population have Italian origins not to mention they're tougher than today's generation of Italian Americans might seem like an odd question but I was just thinking up the scenario for a while.

Plenty of Italians in Brazil.

Plenty of Germans in Argentina.

They come from poverty of course they are tougher then today's Italian Americans.
