I think he did have health problems and if I had to guess I would say he's still active because of the way he was still active in the strip joint case. Not sure on his son.

Guy has been around forever made back in the 70tys he was a big book guy for ray sr. Was nick biancos sometime driver in the 80tys. If he still has his mind. His kids out i read his mortal enemy deluca is back in jail. Guess its a win.
