Doing a rough structure as to official titles etc

Administration
-Boss, Ralph Natale
-Underboss, Joey Merlino
-Consiglere, Ronald Turchi

Capos
-Steve Mazzone (Philadelphia crew 1)
-Bobby Luise Jr (Philadelphia crew 2)?
- (South Jersey)

Any help filling in blanks would be appreciated

Joe licata was busted with most of his guys in 1991 was off the street till the late 90tys. Sodano was the guy incharge then merlino and natale had that guy pete the crumb kill him then he was capo. That guy fresolone that fliped took out alot of the new jersey guys.

Good project Phil, the period where Natale was free and reigning as boss is sort of a blank spot for Philly LCN and us "LCN Enthusiasts", as it's hard to say what guys held specific positions and who answered to whom, as far as structure of the crews go.

Johnny Chang didn't get out of prison until January 1995. If I'm not mistaken, he got made after killing Veasey in October 1995.

Does anyone remember Fantasy Showbar , just outside of Cherry Hill? It was a BYOB strip club that was very popular back in the 1990s. Always rumors that Natale and his guys would frequent the place and it was connected.

lol, yeah that was the first strip club me and most of my age group went to back in the day. 18 years old and over, the shower room in the back with the bleachers...Someone always tried to stick a finger up one of the dancers asses back there and got tossed. Was too young to notice any wise guy types there though, I'm afraid.

lol , "remember guys , the crack kills " . those shower shows were what they were famous for. They had a lot of porn stars and dancers on the Philly circuit that would dance there . Of all the strip clubs in Jersey , that place was pretty special during the 90s. Lots of the Flyers would always be in there too.

Sodano was only briefly Capo until he continually refused to actually meet with Natale and Merlino. He didn't recognize Natale as the boss, so Phil Casale (a pedophile) shot him twice in the head and Caprio was promoted to Capo of the North Jersey crew.

Sodano was on the lawyer office tapes a few times complaining to john stanfa that capo blackie napoli was senile and disrespecting other made guys i think then stanfa made him the capo. They had alot of guys in that crew. Think the guy patty specs was a capo before. Licata got it after the guy pete the crumb fliped. I wonder what there relatiinship was like.

Yeah, heard the same thing about the "White House" strip club in Pennsauken on Rt73 being connected to those guys, too. It's the same exact type of place as the Fantasy...it's BYOB,etc. Don't think the White House is there anymore, but that crazy dirty strip club across the street still is. It's called the "Riviera Motor INN", it's a motel with a strip club. Great combo !

Not correct... Licata and Sodano were both Capo's in North Jersey. George Freslone was not.... Only reason George was around was because of Patty Specs. Sodano was a TRUE gangster and major earner. Big mistake taking him out as they lost a lot of street cred back then over that. Pete the Crumb was always viewed as a lowlife and was a black eye for them up there. Licata, Sodano and Nicky Oliveri were the real gangters back then...

I hear ya, but if the guy isn't kicking up to the admin let alone recognizing them as the new leadership then what's it matter if he's a huge earner... I'd say it's more of a black eye to have one of your capos doing business and earning big time and not kicking up compared to a guy who will carry out your orders and kick up. Apparently Sodano had stuff going on with the Genovese family which is another insult to be effectively earning for another family and not kicking up a dime to your own admin. apparently he gave Stanfa a hard time in terms of kicking up when he took over as well and only agreed to start kicking up right before he got indicted and thrown in the cage thus "prohibiting him from kicking up'. As much of a real deal gangster and major earned that Sodano might have been he sounds like he was a thorn in the side of the admin in terms of getting him to kiss the ring.

Story is Sodano was kicking up but like anything else in that life it wasn't enough. As far as him having deals or business interests with other families all those guys up there grew up as kids together. Before any of them were made they were friends and had business dealings with one another. The families all work with one another on multiple deals and always have. Whacking him only made them lose the rest of the business and money to the Genovese...
