30 months is light for a half a ki. if he talked at all it will be in his paperwork and when u get to fed prisons the first thing they will ask you is to let them see your paperwork. if they determine u cooperated at all, they will tell you to check in to protective custody or you get smashed.

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 08/10/16 01:14 PM

He didn't talk at all, trust me. He was sentenced below the Federal Sentencing guidelines because he admitted, was so young, and had no serious priors. Yeah that whole crew was moving a lot of powder in the Toms River area of the Jersey Shore under the DeCavalcantes. They were making big $$$$$$

good to see someone stand tall for once. it's sad when we give credit to someone for not talking when that's what you're supposed to do. times we live in.

It says as part of his agreement he "turned over all evidence" so I wonder what that means

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 08/10/16 01:41 PM

If they sold that much to a UC I wonder how much they were selling overall

What about Stagno and his kid? Any news?

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 08/10/16 01:51 PM

The kid didnt talk. As the other guy alluded to, he is young with no serious priors.
If he talked, he would of walked with no prision time. He will probably go to ft dix.
2 1/2 years is nothing to sneaze at. Thats 2 full summers, 2 full christmas holidays, 2 thanksgivings, and hopefully no one dies while he is away.

Stagno kid has already plead and been sentenced, Google it. Stagno the Capo of the crew is going to trial, don't think it has started already?

Dante are you sure that 30 month are ok for sell 1 kg of coke to an undercover agent ?

For me look strange, yes he admitted all but 30 m are very few for selling drug.

I didn't say he talked. it's just a fairly lenient sentence for his charges. a guy i grew up with got five for the same exact charge and he had no priors. Different strokes for different folks. hopefully he steers clear of the life after he gets out but i doubt it being he's gonna be around made guys the whole time and he's on a fast track to get his button being the Del's will take just about anyone out of fear they'll lose guys to the jersey luke's and west side. it's gonna be easy time at fort dix like u said. he'll probably enjoy it. all the war stories and the special treatment the wiseguys get. he'll eat well, play cards, work out, and bullshit all day. i was his age and fell into the trap to. thinking i was a gangster. thank god i realized it's all bullshit before i did any SERIOUS time (not that the 4 1/2 i did was a cake walk) or i went hard as i could to get my button. Joey Perna had my head so inflated it was ridiculous. What a clown i was. anyway hopefully he learns his lesson.

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 08/10/16 04:45 PM

Yes Furio, trust me he didn't talk. Federal judges will always give you a second chance at life when you're young and you don't have any major priors. I don't understand what's so hard to grasp here?

Big $$$$???? Not a chance.. Those guys can't rub two nickels together and are so broke they can't even pay attention.

I wonder if he gets his button before age 30

Now that would be scary and beyond pathetic on the DeCavalcantes end. They would reach a new low even for them inducting this kid when he gets out of "college". I know who he is and he's an obese, trashy, tattooed, ghetto wigger who pushes Coke to HS kids. He hangs out with gang banging blacks and acts more like them than an LCN guy. The DeCavs also still don't make guys until their in their mid 30s at the very least, typically. There's always exceptions though.....

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/14/16 01:41 PM

Then he would fit right in.... That is why they are a laughing stock..

I have noticed federal judges automatically sealing the record. if your a proffesial criminal You have to file a motion to unseal it so anyone can view it and see you didnt give anyone up.

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/17/16 03:05 AM

Good stuff in this thread Bobby. My experience was similar to yours in the fact that I chilled before I got serious time. I was just a state guy but getting around organization guys fast tracks you (not talking lcn). In my area, there are numerous different crews/organizations and on the street it's not that serious. When you get locked up it gets dead serious. I got locked up at 24 too and hopefully this kid figures it out before he gets out or he'll live life on the installment plan. Now in my early 30s I was able to build a nice life that has no po's or supervision and I won't give that back. The nice thing about being stand-up but going a new route is you can still stick your head out at the old haunts and be respected. i still like having my finger on the pulse but from a distance. I'll let the kids and hard-heads have it.

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/17/16 07:22 AM

One thing confuses me, how do you sell half a Ki for 78000$?
Edit: They mean per gram value right? 160ish per?
Posted By: dsbaloo

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/17/16 08:27 AM

Cabrini- yeah that's what happens when you're selling grams for over 100 and balls for 300... I can't say for sure that's what they were doing but I know the prices on that stuff have gone way up . From zones being 600 a few years ago to 1000-1200 now... And I've heard of kids getting 150 for grams all day these days. Crazy

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/17/16 07:33 PM

It's crazy to imagine how expensive it is up there in the NE. Houston it goes for 40 a gram.

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/19/16 09:41 AM

What are the chances that this coke comes from NY based Calabrians?

Or is it Mexican or Dominican? Is this a totally independent Decavalcante operation, or you guys think they are partnered up with NY?

Any thoughts?

"Turned over evidence" and "turned evidence" are VERY different. Kid didn't rat..

99% positive it was coming from dominicans. they're the whole drug game in NY/NJ especially when it comes to coke, heroin, and weight

Dante appreciate the article post again and the info pal didnt know that.. Do you or anyone have a solid guess who is actually running that mess of a family since Guaraci and Riggi are dead?

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/20/16 10:22 AM

I'm hearing Majuri and that the Gambinos basically give them orders and tell them what to do.

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/20/16 10:29 AM

Joseph Miranda died in May as well. I love how both Riggi and Miranda were WWII Vets....God Bless America, they don't make them like that great generation anymore.

Re: DeCavalcante Associate Sentenced - 09/20/16 10:33 AM

It makes sense that Majuri becomes boss, he has wanted to since the 1990s. I wonder if they will do a ruling panel again like they did in late 1990s, I think Majuri was on that ruling panel as well.
