There are 2 Genovese clans in Campania. One in Avellino and another in Salerno, I wonder if they are related in some way to Vito and his family.

Could be, he was born near Naples..

No idea, but many Genovese members came from Avellino. Vito's nephew Vincenzo was killed over there in 1981.

Found out just now that the provinces of Trapani and Agrigento are missing..

Do you know where to find them Strax??

EDIT: Also Catania and Enna btw, but they aren't really important and just have a couple of families I reckon.

Catania is interesting pretty active groups considering the drug trafficking and quite a few gangland murders. The city is for many years mostly controlled by the Santapaolas.

Yes, I'm reading 'The Last Godfathers' at the moment and it mentions that they had good relations with the Corleonesi.
The Calderones even made sure Leggio could hid out in one of the Villas when the carabiniere where looking for him..

BTW: Where do you find these maps H?

I forgot where I or Strax found the maps, I'm sure he will let us know.
The Catania map I found in a recent article here is one of the city, the second city of Sicily after Palermo.

@BillyBrizzi

You are picking all the good ones my friend, The Last Godfathers is one of my favorites.

Luciano Leggio was a scary guy. The whole thing with Caivataio? Was that his name? The hidden protagonist of the car bomb that killed those policeman, as well as secretly triggering the war amongst the Palermo families, fuck, I hope I didn't spoil it, I'll shut up lol, enjoy...

Thanks CG, I'm really enjoying it, one of the best true crime books I've read. Leggio was ruthless and cunning and so were Riina and Provenzano, the holy trinity of Corleone LOL. Incredible story when you think about it, some peasants from a rural village take over the entire Cosa Nostra. The patience they had amazes me, it was a multi year plan and by the time Bontade and Badalamenti saw the danger they already were too late. The only one who saw them for what they really were was DiCristina..
