Some old guy frank pug pushing 90. Between springfield worcester and Hartford back in the 80tys they had a huge crew probaly 15 or more made guys and a ton of associates. If you relly want to see how a crew that was around since forever just crumble cause of greed and treachery thats the crew. At one time they were all friends proposing each guy for next then when frank skiball dies greed killed. Theres still alot of money out there so im sure they met some guys in the fed pen and put them on.

I would not be surprised if you have a couple of guys who have moved from New York who have something going on or maybe someone from that crew got made recently who we dont know about.

We don't know the circumstances behind the deal. He coulda been looking at putting these guys on, trying to see if they could be reliable distributors. It was a black guy and a Hispanic guy, again he might have been trying to make inroads into the hood markets. If Vito Genovese can get caught up doing business with a Puerto Rican, give the guy a little slack.

Also, this is a clear example of how you can't do business in the streets without respect. Like in a paradoxical (is that a word, lol) kinda way, this incident will help him do deals in the future, cause guys will know he's no pussy and will fight back.

agreed with a lot said.. but really especially with drugs you have to at least be dealing with people who have been at least vouched for by a friend.. strangers just way too many things to go wrong.. trust me I don't mind mentioning it cause my hands are free of that stuff.. but someone I did biz with on the regular.. several times aweek for several years ended up setting me up with a "friend of his" that I never met.. needless to say I got heldup at gun point by 5 guys for 40k cash.. always go with your gut.. honestly drugs are the dumbest game to get into but its such an easy thing to get sucked into cause it takes no skill and the money is so quick... but the negatives don't outweigh the positives its such a grimey ass game.. with everyone setting people up with ci's or to get robbed. not worth it.. plus the heat and sentences it brings is too much... shit get a gambling package.a half sheet.. anything... put some money on the street..(eventhough you kind of need to be on record to do that in most cases).. but the money is good and just such less risk..

I'm from the north shore so Boston/northshore is my layer of expertise but I know a lil about Springfield and the "Bruno hit era" was fascinating like out a Hollywood script.
