Has both the U.S Mafia and Italian mafia killed... - 04/05/16 04:07 PM

I'm trying to learn about the mafia both U.S and Italian but I prefer to learn first about the Italian mafia. Has both the U.S mafia and Italian mafia killed innocent people before and why were their motive? I have heard that Tito Rina tortured a boy, is that true or not? Any good books.

The italian mafia from the early 1900s killed innocent people with the "vendetta trasversale" aka killing every parent of the target regardless if their are mobster or not, women or children.
An example for stop a rat testimony Giovanni Brusca said the pork kidnapped the rat son and take him like an animal in a dark hole for 2 years and after he strangled and burn in the acid his body.
Navarra with a syringe full of poison killed a 10 old Shepard that said his men with the dead body of Placido Rizzotto a union officer .
The US mafia are lambs if related with his sicilian cousins.

Colombo members Thomas "Tommy Shots" Gioeli and Joseph "Junior Lollipops" Carna hit on soldier Joseph Peraino that left Veronica Zuraw (a social worker and former nun) dead from a shotgun blast through a wall in Brooklyn in 1982.

These always stick out to me when a subject such as this comes up but there are so many more. Children and young teens have been getting killed by the truckload in southern Italy over drug turf for decades now though.

No "o verru" aka the pork is referred to Giovanni Brusca that before flips killed the children and iover 150 persons (neither Brusca remember the exact number). Messina Denaro is called Diabolik that is a italian comic hero that was very able to dont get arrested by the police.

Tetence the 3 y boy killed story was very insane because the granfather knows that a rival ndrine want ti kill him and went around with his nephew and his girlfriend because thinked that the old rule of dont kill the women and the children was still respected but this idiot was killed along with them.

i am surprised they wanted brusco to cooperate the guy said he killed between a 100-200 murders he killed so many its ridiculous he spoke about how in his younger days a local boss after him to kill every van driver he sees in an area for three hours he killed about 4 5 innocent guys and he also killed a little kid how could this guy be used in court as witness what jury would believe anything he says lawyers could tear this guy apart in court

And this is nothing on the early 2000 had the possibility to go out prison every 45 day and meet his family and after was seized a mobile Phone that he used to speak with the people out.
Brusca ' s utility was to see who had killed who from the 70s to the 1996.
Brusca killed Nini CassarĂ ,the Falcone escort men, the son of the pentito di Matteo and many others on the Riina orders.
As reward won't spend the rest of his life (was sentence 5 times to life ) in the 41 bis. That sound like spend life in Rikers and not in Florence supermax.

In the thread "Philly Mob Hits and Attempted Hits" it lists three innocent women who were killed because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time, fucked up right?

In America, yes. Read up on the Black Hand in the United States, how they preyed on early Italian immigrants, specifically Lupo the Wolf.

The Black Hand was replaced by Cosa Nostra later on, seemingly once organized crime had become established and successful enough to move on from preying on immigrant businessmen as one of their main predatory staples.
