New Video - Mobster Jack "Legs" Diamond - 02/26/16 10:08 PM

Jack "Legs" Diamond was an Irish American gangster in New York City during the Prohibition era. A bootlegger and one-time close associate of gambler Arnold Rothstein, Diamond survived a number of attempts on his life between 1916 and 1931, causing him to be known as the "clay pigeon of the underworld". In 1930, Diamond's nemesis Dutch Schultz remarked to his own gang, "Ain't there nobody that can shoot this guy so he don't bounce back?"

Very good piece.

Thanks, I really enjoyed it.

Did not know his wife was murdered several days after he got whacked.

Also did not know he got it ( killed) upstate in Albany after hijacking a truck up there.

I would have thought after owning nightclubs and breweries he would be hiding out upstate and hijacking trucks.

Very cool.

I wasn't aware of those facts either. It seems like it's typical to see novel photography, video, and hear novel factoids in a Blood Letters and Badman video. Very well done.
