Chris Paciiello (or other rats) & damage caused? - 01/01/16 01:09 AM

Does anyone (probably Ivy) have a list of important rats and the damage they caused by flipping (who was subsequently arrested)?

Could anyone list some important rats and who they put away?

Chris Paciello-
fish (Genovese guy)
Peter Savieno- chin
Sammy the bull - john gotti, frank D, ....
Massino- Vinny B
Vitale
Mikey Scars
Anthony A (Genovese Springfield crew)

Or anyone else who put some important ppl away ?

Thanks guys looking forward to seeing some of the ppl
These rats put away!

Scars put away some of the younger Gotti guys.... Yannotti off the top of my head... And I could be wrong but I know he at least implicated him.

Good question. It would take a lot of work to put a comprehensive list together.

Besides Gotti and Locascio, Gravano helped put away 7 Gambino captains and I don't know how many soldiers and associates. He also helped put away guys from other families including Chin.

I remember there was an article about while back that showed the photos of all the guys Sal Vitale helped put away. There must have been at least a couple dozen.

Valachi made few damages but after him even Hoover can't say that the lcn doesn't exist; after Gravano testimony the Gambinos switch from 21 crews to only 10 on the streets; Leonetti put the final nail on the coffin after delgiorno e caramandi.
Arliotta made desband the springfield crew. Savino was only an associate and don't made more damages to genovese.

Frank Lino was the first Bonanno rat, starting a wave of more rats including Shellackhead, Joey Moak, Frank Coppa and Good-Looking Sal that ultimately led to Massino flipping out in 2005.

Pacciello's Instagram page is unbelievable. He's by far the worst of all rats flaunting that their out in public. U got people writing king of New York and King of Brooklyn on his pictures. And he's livin the life. What a joke the life has become. This is no news flash but when I saw this guys page I threw up in my mouth.

That there hasn't been an atempt made at Paciello's life is one thing I really can't understand, even in this day and age where they keep the killing to a minimum..

I mean he snitched on an acting boss, the son of the official boss no less and they, the Persicos, still call the shots in the Colombo family and Chris Paciello lives out in the open in Florida and keeps his status updated on social media for christ sake!!

Lives in Florida a death penalty state. And you kill a federal witness the whole FBI coming crashing down on all the families. Think its in all there best interests to leave him alone. At the end of the day he can't go back to the places he grew up or bring his kid around the old neighborhood and introduce him to the people he told on so to live like that sucks end of story.

So you think if he was to live in the NY metro area in the open like Alite for example, then the Colombos would make a move??

Nobody has made a move on federal witness in thirty years or more. Do you think they will now? It's suicide, no use in trying to put the milk back in the carton after it's been spilled and getting more people busted in the process. Look at how Vinny Ocean struts around Houston.

Unless he goes looking for trouble he will be fine and I mean if he was to come around certain faces and show of in front of certain people he could have a problem.

No one will hit him in this day and age unless he literally goes up to these guys

I think it was scars who said unless he came face to face with two or more mobsters no one will do anything the only reason they would do something if it came face to face is because they have there rep and people would say why didn't you do anything. If the guy avoids certain areas he is fine

Re: Chris Paciiello (or other rats) & damage caused? - 01/03/16 12:33 AM

the fact that he wakes up breathing everyday and from the looks of it has a much better/fun life and more money than 90% of the made guys out there shows whats left of the mob

Re: Chris Paciiello (or other rats) & damage caused? - 01/03/16 12:47 AM

Yaeh but he was making big money back in his mob days. Crime paid for him you wonder what he actually has going for him today. Ain't he like a maitre or whatever it's call. Hd w ent from owning running the clubs to that. He would have been doing life if he didn't flip.

Paciello is like the food & beverage guy at a high end Miami hotel.. Almost certain he has more pull than the title implies. As much as it sucks to see, he's a rat but you can't deny he came out on top.

I remember seeing a list of all the guys Gravano put away...It was in one of the books or somewhere on the net...The total I think was somewhere around 25 members.

@Pazzo: You think Paciello would feel comfortable in your playground? lol I like the Signature

I started reading the book on Pacillo again and was wondering what was going on with him as the last thing I heard was that he was living in Southern California. While waiting in a doctors office last week I picked up one of those silly magazines about celebrities and lo and behold there was a photo- a current one - of Pacillo with some black rap star at the grand opening of his new club in South Beach, Miami. I just cannot believe no one has gone after him for the shit he pulled on his friends from Bath avenue. Now he is rubbing it in their faces

This system is so terrible, guys who were boss, underboss and acting boss put away dozens of soldiers and associates for years and years and sometimes even life..

There is something very wrong with that in my eyes..

What do you suggest?

The system protects the wise guy. It is the feds who have their backs up against the wall. It is very hard to penetrate the mafia because of the insularity and the chain of demand.

They have to turn guys - no matter how bad they are - to infiltrate the mafia and get a broader sense of justice.

Bottom line. Gravano aside, most snitches aren't recidivists.

It's the lesser of two evils.
