Frank Giovinco

Does anyone have any info on Frank Giovinco? In Rick Cowans book, he was portrayed as an up and coming up school guy.

Giovinco got 10 years in 1997 for the carting trade association scam, not much after that.

Interesting he is 52 and was in control in the early 90s! If that is accurate that is pretty wild that he was a power in his early 20s!
