Bob Durst

I'm sure all of you heard about Bob Durst being arrested for the murder of Susan Berman.

Anyway, the original theory was that Berman was killed by the Mafia. Her father was connected. Does anything know more about her mafia connections?

Durst has to be the biggest a-hole of the year for allowing himself to appear in, and be interviewed for, that HBO documentary (which was quite interesting).

She didn't have any Mafia connections. She had no idea that her father was connected to organized crime until after he died. She met some of her father's connected friends (almost all Jewish mobsters) when she was a kid, but she only knew them as her father's friends. Her father, by the way, was Davy Berman. She met Lansky and a good family friend was "Icepick" Willie Alderman, a former Murder Inc. killer turned Las Vegas businessman. She went to USC and studied journalism then rediscovered her roots. She was law-abiding, but became a bit paranoid. You know what they say, Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not really coming to get you, except in her case it was a whacked-out millionaire who killed his wife.

Crazy shit this Durst and right after I watched Foxcatcher about another batshit crazy rich murderer, John DuPont. The fuckin' rich, eh?

and you didn't mention Cullen davis an oil rich Texan who had a hit list, and was found not guilty in more than one trial.

this guy durst in under investigation now for two missing teen age girls, he just happened to be in the vicinity where they were abducted.

he is a cross-dressing freak who should be executed for the murders he admitted to.

I'm on the 5 episode of the 6 HBO thing. This is fuckings crazy. Read when he got arrested they found a quarter pound of bud and guns just makes it .more crazy. Almost like its a joke doc. Fake. It's not.

I was surprised he even got away with his third admitted murder. He himself chopped the guy up for fuck sake. And did a shitty job doing so. I guess that if you're rich enough you can get away with anything.

Him being investigated on the teen girls is also crazy. He clearly is a mentally unstable freak that for all we know could've been a serial killer.

I don't doubt he is a serial killer, but, as you mentioned, if you are rich enough you can get away with anything.

and that is the shame of our justice system.
